We were concerned at what types might be interested in buying a house in that condition, with a neighbor like that, on a easement, etc.... The couple that bought it completely rebuilt the house, and made wonderful improvements to it, so there is hope you will get wonderful neighbors. I bet you get dog lovers, at least!

If you go to car dealerships, please practice saying NO before you go. Do your research for the car you want, check prices every where, including neighboring States. Research on-line. Know within (1-3 vehicles) what you want and what you are willing to pay, Stick to it!! They will do that "how much you want your payment to be" crap. Stick to "what is your best drive out price"? It becomes fun to watch the look on their faces, when you say no to their stupid games. Stick to your guns and you will get a great deal. Also, if you are trading in a car, know it's value too. I have contacted manufactures on many occassions. They normally appreciate the feedback from consumers. There should be information either on the can, or on-line. If you had ever known a woman that found out at 22 weeks that her baby could under no circumstances survive after delivery, and that carrying that baby to term would completely distroy any chance of ever getting pregnant again, you might feel differantly. Having her cry her heart out to have to choose one or the other, knowing that all she ever wanted was a healthy, live baby will also help you to be more considerate.
