  1. I must say that the Sheriff's office is not happy about what Judge Foster decided to do.

They have been helpful and polite. They seem very sincere about the bad situation.

At least they know to look out for him.

The bad thing is that in Paulding it normally takes from 1-1/2 to 2 years to take a a case to trial. That is a long time for idiots

to be on the streets, unsupervised.

  2. All the neighbors that got shot at, need to know they are in danger again. Maybe the Sheriff's office can explain to them why it's ok for people to shoot at them.

You know this is why I had to move from my home on Cedarcrest Rd.

I was so sick of being told " I had the right to protect myself".

What is their job? Take them to jail and then just release them back to the same neighborhood?

Heck he didn't even get neutered!

  3. I know several of you know the trouble my Mother had, the end of May. I had posted that being at the dance had saved her life.

Well, with all she went through, the sheriff's office called to say he was released, she could come get him. She did.

She is 86 years old and they just as well have just signed her death certificate.

I have called the neighbor's to let them know that they are all in danger again.

I do not know what else can be done.

I had never been protected in Paulding County, but now they are endangering my Mom. I am at my wits end.

I wish I could trust in God here, but there is no God involved in the stupidity that has just happened.

  4. When you know a person that has vanished your heart does weird things when you hear this.

I do not know if any of you remember Tiffany Whitton. You can find her info on Facebook. It's called "Find Tiffany Whitton".

Her family needs to know, no matter what the truth is. Not knowing is what hurts so bad.

I hope they can identify this person, as there are others not knowing what happened to their loved one.

  5. 90 employers seek to fill more than 2,000 jobs in NW Georgia

(Atlanta Business Chronicle) About 90 employers will look to fill more than 2,000 jobs being offered by employers at a career expo in Catoosa County April 2.

The Northwest Georgia Career Expo will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The Colonnade, which is located at 264 Catoosa Circle in Ringgold, Ga.

The Georgia Department of Labor said the expo is designed to provide opportunities for employers and job seekers in the 15-county area of Bartow, Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, Fannin, Floyd, Gilmer,Gordon, Haralson, Murray, Paulding, Pickens, Polk, Walker, and Whitfield counties.

  6. Bill Carruth Parkway was going to solve all that.

Back in the day when I could, I would email a lot of officials about the traffic problems in Paulding, and the big solution I got then was " We are going to 4-lane Hwy 92".

Well Hwy 92 should have been 4 lanes & finished 30 years ago, if that was going to help.

Adding 40 11 million homes on 2 lane cow trails did not help Paulding County at all.

  7. That crossing should be closed. It is not even safe to cross in a car, or even on foot.

There is an underpass where you don't even have to cross the tracks only about 1/2 mile from there. No one that knows the area would ever attempt to cross at that spot. It is ALL clearly marked "no trucks".

If it were closed, people would not keep trying to make it.

There is no reason for it to remain open. There are several safer crossing spots.

  8. I hope you understand that the SO has no crystal ball to see who did this.

They depend mostly on what they are told. Their budget does not allow for much real detective type work.

I still believe the thief lives very close to you, has maybe even been to your house, or on your property before.

For them to take as much as they did....it was planned.

How many of you neighbors have you talked to? If you can get ANY of them involved it could help.

Somebody had to have seen something, they just did did realise what was going on.

Have you put up flyers with a picture of your bike?

Somebody, somewhere has it. The person that has it now may not know that it was stolen.

They have to get a tag for it eventually, so keep you fingers crossed.

Ask the SO if your vin# can be put on a national data base or something.

    Please don't give up hope.

I am serious about you riding my bike too.....just take it in the house with you to park it.

Call me sweetie if you want...I am here for you.

  9. So if it's a neighbor, start walking door to door saying you are looking for your cat. Ask to use the restroom and search the place. LOL!!

All kidding aside, keep an eye out closely near where your cat was found.

The police department really has nothing to go on, except what they are told. There is usually no more "investigation" done other that to come get your statement. If you want the creep caught, keep your eyes & ears open. Watch the local traffic.

Set out your bait and you might catch a rat.

    AND stay on P.com!

With a firearm being stolen, I am not sure if maybe ATF could help out ot not.

They were involved with my neighbors trial. They just could do nothing about what (a piece of bull) sentence the judge gave out. They were just determind to make sure he was procecuted.

I know you have that detective, sixth sense blood.

This idot will continue his path of crime until he is stopped. Don't let it get you down. Get down on him!
