CHOA IS Scottish Rite- CHOA has several campuses and Scottish Rite is the one we were at ... The only problem I have with contacting the hospital directly is that the "Jared boxes" did not seem very appreciated and I am not even sure they made it to patients as they were assembled. So, we are kind of new to this and we have never done this before so any tips would be appreciated. Our story... in February 2011 our little girl (Haley) went in for her normal 12 month check up. I agree with the good things said about West Atlanta Peds. Dr. Chad is awesome! I hate that I don't have insurance anymore and have to visit the health dept for the well checks. But when they are sick, I still go to West Atl Peds.

We have gotten several customers from here... and I don't really advertise on here very much. We went from 20 to 150 customers in 6 weeks in the spring. At least 5-10 came from here. We still get calls and emails too. I agree, it works!

Well, it was our anniversary yesterday and I had planned a nice evening to the Brave's game for tonight. I went to buy the tix this morning and realized they are playing out of town. Ooopps. So we decided to stay around here tonight. Is there anything going on that's fun? It doesn't necessarily have to be "romantic". Just fun.

I agree with cutting the fireworks due to budget. HOWEVER, I would love to see some of the TOP, elected officials take a pay cut too. It seems that the guys at the top just cut all the other stuff but their pockets are still pretty thick and every year their salary grows. They sure don't have to worry about the recession. I would like to see more of the money be distributed to the working people of Paulding instead of elected officials. Just my opinion.

It's heartbreaking to read this. I am now a SAHM, but there was a time when my little boy went to daycare. I have very high standards. The center he went to did not meet them. However, I realize that first of all, not many people can love your kids the way you do. Second, I realize that this is just a job to the vast majority of them. We knocked over a big, glass gazing ball at Old Time Pottery in Marietta a couple of months ago. I had a bunch of stuff to get and no sitter. Had to go with the 2 kids. I'm so mad that I missed it but my 4 year old was graduating from pre-k! I hope you were all able to raise a lot of funds. She seemed like a very sweet person in the video.

We will be visiting the library every week, we have annual passes to the aquarium, we will be visiting sara babb pool and park, and hubby just joined a co ed softball league so we have a full summer planned. However, we will be planning at least 1 stay at home day every week! Happy summer!

We used to always use carmax. However, last year when we were vehicle shopping we noticed that, compared to others, their prices were thru the roof. We went to Day's Chevrolet in Acworth and they gave us such a good deal that a month later we bought another used vehicle. Their prices were the best around (I know, I shopped heavily) on both vehicles. Good luck!

Thank God my kids are still little... but they won't be for long! Scary!
