I enjoy my Al Bundy moments every now and then. I will always believe playing football was the best times of my life. I agree with the football being safer than baseball 100%. Football=a cartilage tear in my left knee(no biggie unless the weather is coming on) baseball=double break in lower left leg, concussion, twisted ankle.

Burnt Hickory Community is having a BIG problem with this as well

What got me is when I purchased my Remington BB gun a few yrs back for the rodents etc. Right on the box it stated WARNING: This air rifle is just as powerful as a .22 and yes it most definately is and then some.

A BB gun is not considered a firearm so there are no Federal mandated laws. Just common sense laws, don't have in vehicle don't threaten people with it, don't carry around in public. If in a vehicle and pulled over first thing to mention is is that you do have a BB gun. I found that out in high school yrs ago the hard way.

I have never understood that myself. I use to work with a black guy from Louisiana in NC. Were VERY good friends. I found something VERY interesting in something he said one time. There is a difference b/n a "N" word and a black person. He stated that black people were racist amongst themselves to a certain degree. I never thought I would hear anything like it.

There is one that roosts in the neighbor's yard and calls ALL night long at times. Or it comes into the tree right outside our bedroom window. I have to sleep with ear plugs when its around

A friend was at the A&R Mart 3 miles away and said they heard and felt it, all of the neighbors around us came out to see what the heck it was, and the neighbor next to us came home about 6:45 asking why there were safety personel driving around like they were lost. Oh well, guess it was nothing too exciting. Last time I heard anything like it was 10/31/94 when Flight 4184 crashed in Roselawn, IN killing all 68. Just sounded to much like it.

IDK, just stepped outside and saw a PCS driving like a bat out of hell through the neighborhood. Barely slowed down turning around in cul de sac. Kind of weird.

When I first found out about AS going in I was skeptical about it. I hope it lasts longer than the one that went in in my hometown. The one in my hometown left after a year b/c of no business. Which I don't understand b/c the population there is that of Marietta/Dallas/Hiram combined and had a MAJOR university there. Was also really the only sporting store in the area. Hope ours makes it.
