I wouldn't wish 6" of snow on this area, no matter how much I'd like to see it. Waiting to see how much more gets dumped on family and friends back home. The storm this past weekend dumped over 32" in the area I lived before moving here.

Cushions?

Mine was in Northern Virginia so I'm not much help with things here. I just remember how wonderful the recliner felt after two nights sleeping on two regular chairs shoved together.

Sure do wish we'd have one decent snow ("decent" for this area being 2-3 inches) before winter ends.

I hate that I didn't make it to their send off party. Hopefully they'll have an uneventful trip and then get settled in quickly on the other end.

I spent about 1 1/2 weeks sleeping in one of those things. Ugh. Actually, there were a few nights that I didn't even have that. What miserable memories. Hopefully you're able to get some rest soon. You'll need to stay strong for him.

I've seen that, too. It amazes me how clueless some people can be with respect to the image they put out there of their business. A lot of posts around here by commerce members make me go too.

Absolutely. But stop for the right reasons ... not because of some unproven boogieman.

The problem with studies like this is that they don't isolate the cause, only say that it "may play an independent role in the development of pancreatic cancer." It was also reported that they can't be sure and that they are also looking at the assumption that those people also made other unhealthy choices in their diets and day to day lives. Look ... we all know soda aren't healthy. But just because you drink sodas does not mean that you'll get pancreatic cancer. And it does not mean that they alone can increase your risk. As hard as it may be, we owe it to our kids. These sick b*$*ards get into how they were able to do what they did. I would think any parent would want that information. One of these guys (I refuse to call them men) molested his own 12 year old daughter.

I missed most of it because I forgot and then had things going on. What I did see was good. I did want to do bad things to the child molesters, though.
