  9. While it is helpful for self serving politicians to divide people into monolithic groups based solely upon the color of their skin, it is not helpful to the fabric of our nation. To paraphrase a great civil rights leader : People should be judged as individuals.

  11. Unlike you, I am reserving judgement until the facts come to light. I do not know what happened in this case. I've not expressed any opinions about Mr. Castille or the police officer. Reasonable fear is the standard set by the Supreme Court. Have a nice day.

  13. And yet definitive assumptions were falsely presented as factual in the initial reports... From the get go... people have jumped to conclusions in this case based on rumor and supposition, and now many more have been murdered in the remaining days. There is a great lesson here, if people are willing to set aside their bias and wait for the various investigations to reach their eventual conclusions.
