Our special for the month of August will be a $99 A/C and Furnace tune up. I know furnaces are the last thing anyone wants to think about right now, but cooler weather is right around the corner (I hope!) This special will also include us bringing the duct cleaning camera and looking in your vents/ducts for any problems. They found a hammer in mine when I had this done. Who knows how that got there. The a/c and furnace tune up will include: Clean and check thermostat Install new filter or wash and re install washable filters Check all safety controls Lubricate moving parts

Awwww....that was awesome. Thanks for putting a smile on my face. -
OH and it also includes checking your condensation line drainage. We've had a lot of calls for systems leaking water (including me!). Sometimes that is caused by a problem with your condensation line, like a blockage.

Just a reminder that we give free estimates and second opinions. We just hired a new guy a week ago. He worked for a big A/C company out of Atlanta. before us. He has been doing a great job for us but one thing we noticed was at his old job he was told to basically try to sell the customers a new system for things that can actually be repaired for much cheaper than the cost of a new system. We've had to retrain him in regards to that. Our motto is to treat our customers they way we would want to be treated. If the system can be repaired we will let you know that. Yeah, we'll be

A couple of weeks ago I posted a tip that filters should be changed once a month especially when your system has to work so hard like now. I know changing filters that often can be a nightmare, especially if your system is in the attic or the filter was installed inside the blower compartment and you have to take off the panels to access the filters.
