So I was going to make our September special a furnace tune up but since apparently Mother Nature is just having a big ole laugh at our expense and its going to be back in the high 80s today and most of this week I decided to extend our August special. Of course you know Georgia weather. You may need your a/c today and your furnace tomorrow so getting both tuned up at the same time isn't a bad idea. If your house is going to be auctioned off on the court house steps on Tuesday wait and see who buys it. A lot of the investors buying these properties are willing to just let you stay in it and rent it from them if you want too. If you don't want to rent it some of these investors will pay you to move out if you leave it in good shape and they don't have to file an eviction to get you out. I think if they do have to file and eviction it will take at least a month. If no one buys it at the auction and the bank gets it back I don't know how long they will give you. I only know thi

Also, if you don't want the furnace serviced right now we can just do the a/c tune up and bring the camera out to check in your duct to make sure there are no problems brewing in there for $69.00. I know sometimes you think the ducts are a lot dirtier than they are but sometimes you do find some scary things in there. We do duct cleaning too if we do find a problem. We'll give you our price for that when we are out and then you can shop around and decide if you want to use us for that or not. The $59 special is just an a/c tune up and includes up to 1/2 a lb of freon. The August special is an a/c AND furnace tune up for $99.

oh and we'll still honor the $59 a/c tune up if anyone missed that last month but would still like to have that done instead of this one.
