  1. Ok guys I agree you can't fix stupid. I have not been down the other side of this washout that is from Dallas Acworth Highway down to it but I have been from Mt. Tabor down to it and I will say this. At the 4 way stop at Mt. Tabor there was 1 portable road closed sign and some small orange not very reflective cones in front of the barrier of gravel, however, that was it. I did notice today a permanent sign was put into the ground that states the road is closed right across the street from my house.   2. Ok, So I am not one to complain about my community at all but I do have one concern. Down on Due West Road where the bridge washed out near Summer Creek subdivision is a very dark area with limited lighting from street lights. Last night I told my boyfriend that someone was going to come cruising down Due West to fast as they often do, not see the washed out area because it is in such a dark location and end up wrecking their vehicle or worse yet wrecking their vehicle and hurting themselves or someone else. Tonight this occured, luckily the kid is ok but his new trans am not so much. I guess

If you go to the paulding.gov website at www.paulding.gov and then click on Paulding County school system there is a big banner posted on it that states tha the schools are closed again tomorrow and that even the teachers and staff are not to report. I would assume that until the security of the roads and the boil water advisory is over then the schools will remain closed. However, I would recommend checking the Paulding.gov website every night for the next day and as someone else stated plan for schools to be closed the rest of the week and then if they are not then you can more easily change
  4. I went to the paulding.gov website and on it is posted a notice that says to the events of today that all of paulding government offices and schools will be closed tomorrow. So hopefully this helps clear up some confusion that people are having between fox and wsb. www.paulding.gov
