I have been reading a biography on Tesla. Kinda slow go due to a lot of technical stuff, at least for me, but he is one of the unsung heros and genuises of the past 150 years. At least to the average person. And yes this is mostly due to his battles with Edison and his own personality. Well, TP has been singing his praises for a while.

A 275/65R17 tire would be a wider tire than a 275/60R17 tire. I am presuming these are LT275/60R17 tires? By the way the LT stands for Light Truck. You should be able, as Guard Dad said, to go up a little in overall diameter. I would ask several tire shops and see what size Michelin's they suggest.

For a tire size: 275-60-17 The 275 is the overall diameter, the 60 is the side width and the 17 is the wheel size.

You should have never read that book. Scariest book I have ever read, because it could happen so easily.
