My daughter had been in her swim diaper for less than an hour, she got out of the pool and walked to the edge of the side walk and stood there with pee just running down her leg. There is no way that it was in need of being changed. I think the only real purpose of the swim diaper is to contain poo. And I think it's a bit against nature anyway to poop in water for kids. At least my kids.

My girls go to neighborhood pools, and I put them in swim diapers. My oldest is in the midst of potty training, and will actually get out of the water to pee. She won't go to the bathroom, but she runs over to the rocks or mulch and stands and pees. The swim diapers do nothing about holding in pee. However they do stop poop from floating out. However, in the times I have had them in the pool I don't think they have ever pooped in a swim diaper. They usually wait until they are in dry diapers. I'm pretty sure a lot of adults still pee in pools, so I'm not concerned.

Not to mention once prices get solidly up there will be a dump of bank owned homes. The banks are sitting on a lot of properties waiting for prices to come back up.

We are very regimented during the week and have a 1 year old and a 2 1/2 year old. I get the girls around 4:30, and I try to have dinner ready when my husband gets home around 5:45 to 6, and we all eat together as a family. On weekends we may eat between 3 and 4. But we are usually up at 5am and in bed by 8. We're on central time, so that's like getting up at 6 and going to bed at 9.

I'll say that the soldiers that were in Vietnam were the greatest generation, but there were many that dodged the draft, smoked pot, or worse, practiced free love, and are now the leading libs in the country. Those people are a disgrace to this country and to every person who gave their life for the American way of life.

My husband and plays golf with a group about every other saturday at Bagby in South Georgia on the edge of Lake Eufaula, this weekend they saw probably an 8 footer on the course. There are gators there fairly regularly, but he had never seen one this big.

May be because they have a nut like me on the jury. There is no way in the world no matter what the conviction was for that I would ever vote to give someone the death penalty.

I'm fine with current gun control. I don't own one, but that's just because I think at times it may be to tempting for my husband and I to use it in a heated argument.

I heard about this yesterday, very worrisome since I live outside of Dothan, and that I spent the weekend around 2 relatives that work in one of the local Dothan hospitals. One is an ER nurse and the other is a surgical nurse. I would think if it was poultry workers that would have already been discovered by now. We have a pretty large chicken house a couple miles from the house, but we're mainly surrounded by fields and cow pastures. Being fat is not a protected class. Theoretically you have a choice over being fat, whereas you are born, gay (some debate that), black, handicapped, etc. So therefore it is ok to exclude. I'm not sure why this surprises anyone. There are plenty of stores that don't sell plus sizes. And considering the amount of obese people in the world, I think that has to be a strategy of some sort. And on the flip side I guess Lane Bryant can't stand those skinny bitches, since they don't offer below a size 12.

It's hard to say what I remember because of pictures and stories, and what I actually remember. I distinctly remember a trip we took to West Virginia where we went to a horse track and visiting a family member with a big hill in her back yard, and I remember being in my great grandparents house in North Carolina. All of these would be prior to 2, but they aren't really clear memories, they probably just stand out because it was a different place then I had ever been in before.

I am aware of my blessings, I live in a place I love, my kids are in a place that is good for them, they are both healthy and happy, my husband and I are both employed. Doesn't change the fact that we still struggle, and it would be nice if we had a little extra. I know it will get better once the girls are out of daycare and we don't have that $700 plus expense a month. But I do love my life. And I thank God for my blessings every day.

I wish I had the money to do the things that I wanted to do, I wish it wasn't so tight every month financially, but I don't want to take money from someone else. I made choices which limited my income (having kids, moving to a rural area...) so I limited myself. Money is not what drives me. It would just be nice to have a little more.

First, I'll do my best to raise my kid to not act in a way that may get them labeled a freak. Then if something like this happened I would tell them never to take anything personally. When someone does something like this it says more about their character than yours. And lastly, I would not, under any circumstance, contact a local news source to complain about it.

I realize it isn't smoke, but I equate it to smacking bubble gum. It's annoying. It's better than smoking, but smoking (since I didn't have to see it) was less annoying.

My husband just bought one a couple of weeks ago. It's got a refillable liquid. I have no idea what brand it is. It's annoying as hell though. He used to only smoke outside, now he's puffing on that thing in the house. There's no smell, but it's just annoying to see him puffing away. And one of the reasons he was stopping cigs was because of our daughters, but now they see him sipping on a pipe blowing smoke which they didn't see before.

Putting it in the book is wrong, it should have been caught in a proof read. BUT Is this a news story? No. Why are they making a big deal about it? Life is unfair, kids get bullied, get over it move on.

We usually stay around 70 year round. Put the temp varies greatly from one spot in the house to the other.
