  1. Yes... Actually I read it several times to be sure I wasn't seeing things. Zoo, are you okay?
  2. Haha! I didn't think of that. Truth is, it was too hilarious for me to be stressed or embarrassed about it. I actually was laughing so hard I couldn't get him up, he finally sat up and sat Indian style and went for his bucket and the skittles again. The whole while MrB is taking pictures. LOL
  3. How CUTE! Lol We took BabyB around the neighborhood. He's not quite 18 months yet, so we weren't really sure if we should take him. Finally we did, and he did so good. He smiled at everyone and waved "bye". Carried his bucket and everything... Until he wanted Skittles and I made him put it back in his bucket... He literally laid down on their sidewalk and put his face on the concrete and screamed. Time for bed! There were only 4 houses giving out candy in my 'hood, and we only saw one other little boy. Next year we may go to another neighborhood.
  4. They are right. I'm sorry you were broken into. Trust me, I know what it's like. When I first moved to Marietta from TN, we were broken into - my second day of my new job. Everything outside was gone. Our TV, 500 CD changer (full, it was 2002), Playstation, computer, cable box and remotes, all gone. My panties were laying on the floor in wads with the top drawer of my dresser smashed and half on the bed, half on the floor. Jewelry was gone, cash gone, and keepsakes from my grandfathers that had passed in '96 & '99, all gone. My dog in his crate had been kicked over, and was covered in food
  5. Butterfly skrimp, caesar salad, rolls and tirimisu for dessert. I'm not awesome; it's all out of a box or a bag. Today was shopping day and I got home too late. Tomorrow's dinner shall be awesome, though.
  6. I got it! Thank you! I'll hit you up in the next day or two!
  7. LOL I didn't see this the other night. Any time after 2 is good any day of the week.
  8. Ahahahahaha! You're silly. LOLOL
  9. Awww, really? He'd love that. I do want to try your eggs, though. If you wouldn't mind for us to, I could bring him.
  10. I'll trade you a sweet smile. and I'll maybe get my kid to smile, too. LOL I kid. Lolol Actually, I do have a question for SP, but I don't want to hijack your thread. It reminded me I needed to send him a pm. LOL
  11. My office was located near Dobbins... At the end of the strip, pretty much on the other side of the fence. All day plans taking off, and it rattled my office badly. But, I was able to work. We stood on our front porch this evening with BabyB watching them practice, or whatever they were doing, and it was awesome. I wish we were going tomorrow.
  12. Idk. Why did I even come in to begin with? Lol
  13. Whatever they're doing I wish they'd hurry the heck up.
  14. How fun! MrsG, did your GD go to a birthday party at White Oak park early in September? The one on the far left; tall one.

^^ This. JJ and family, you're in my thoughts.
  16. I second Heath Flooring. They are really great folks!
  17. What about turkey? I haven't heard any shots today.... Maybe just a bunch of folks shooting. All. Day. Long.
  18. Well, I didn't know it was an anniversary. All I know is that I've been hearing gun shots constantly for the last day or two. My neighbor told me about hunting season about 3 weeks ago... Apparently my street (in the back of a sparce subdivision) backs up to hunting grounds.
  19. It's hunting season. I know bow season opened a couple of weeks ago, I think gun season opened either yesterday or today.
  20. I don't know, but she hit my husband's car with a stick one day.
  21. Hahaha! I like the one I see just fiiiiine. LOL Really, though, he's cute. I blush when he comes in the exam room. And I'm a happily married woman! LOL OH! And he's a wonderful doctor.
  22. Agreed. 100% I prepare BabyB's meals every day, 3x a day. For snacks he gets fruit, or his favorite right now is Ritz Garden crackers. He's a healthy eater. MrB is very tall, but nowhere near overweight. I, on the other hand, am very short, not overweight, but it's a struggle when you're short. I refuse to let my son fall into the junk food trap. I can't tell you how many times folks have balked at my not allowing him cokes or sweet tea, or that I water down his juice, and give him ice water in between juice. Or that he prefers broccoli over something fried. Or that he'll sit in the floor
  23. Wait, what? Hot doctors? I was going to say indoor plumbing, but I saw my orthopedic doctor today.... Let's just say I'm sad my hand is almost better, and I don't need to see him unless it flares up again.
  24. Hehehe! The chicken nugget thing happened the day I took BabyB to feed the ducks and you couldn't come. It was turrible.
