Thank you ma'am!

UnionMom - are you going to let everyone on here know when you have it? My husband is itching to go to yeardsales. He loves to go on Saturday mornings and was just telling me last night he can't wait until people start having them again. I can't get the man to wait for 5 minutes at a store to try on pants, but he'll drive all over Paulding County for some good deals. Sorry... I did it too. But I do agree with you - this is about to drive me crazy. It has messed with my sinuses so bad this year. I rarely get sick, but I have been sick about 5 times since last October.

On my way to Marietta/Smyrna this morning it went from rain to slushy snow, then finally snow. It is coming down pretty hard here.

Yes, they may be foolish men, but there's one that aint too hard to look at the jogs up that way. Just sayin'.... I do wish they'd hurry up and get that light on. I have seen too many near-accidents there.

I asked the hubs... he said, "Nah, but she's nice and busty." I'm so glad that he feels like he can tell me everything.

I know you have a lot of mouths to feed I think I'd make my plate before I yell for everyone to come and eat

mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.... address, please. I will be there around 6:15. That sounds so goo right now.

Isn't that the truth? I hate hamburger helper (I don't like loose ground meat) but I am just too tired to go to the store. Plus, my husband asked me to please stop going to the store every day. I forget things, stop to get it, then end up getting three+ things I DONT need.

Next time you are up there, go to Boot Country. It's on Broadway downtown. Their boots are buy one get two free. Take a couple of friends and split the cost three ways for three pairs. I've never been, but it's where my husband got a couple of his pairs as well as my JB Dillons. Do you have family in the Chattanooga area? My in-laws are in Nashvile.

I think I am going to make Hamburger Helper. I am so tired today. What's everyone else having?

I would call you crazy, but... I vacuum my baseboards once a week, then follow if up with the mop. Then, a good wipe with my hand and a rag. I am also crazy. I have heard other people say they'd pay someone to clean their base boards... not me.

I mop often, but in between mopping, I use a big spray bottle of this for spot mopping. It also works great on my counters and stove. Actually, that's all I use around the kitchen now. Except for the once every two to three week scrub-a-thon.

How Criminals Can Use Social Media To Target Victims
MrsB replied to MillCreek's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I read this in the news a couple of months ago. A family was going on vacation and were updating their FB status and Twitter with the stops of their journey. I think it was a roadtrip. They got home and their house was empty. It wasn't a kid either - it was the father that was posting this stuff. Someone wiped the house clean. How sad. I don't update my status with anything I am doing. If I am going out of town then I will update later, when I get back. -
Sandestin is not like that at all. Destin, maybe, but not Sandestin. There's no "fast food" on the property, t-shirt shops, or an amusement park. The (private) beach is not crowded and there is a lot to do that is family oriented. Most everyone drives a golf cart there.

I don't bake either... tried and failed... I recommend the bakery, also. I was in there last Sunday and they had slices of their strawberry cream cake... omg it is so good. It's kind of like strawberry shortcake, but much better. I think it had a thin lawyer of the cream cheese icing. Yum. If you are grilling out, another fruit good on the grill are peaches. If you can find some that are ripe enough, slice them in half, remove the pit, sprinkle the flat side with cinnamon and suger, then drizzle with syrup. Grill until soft and the skin is about to come off. Sliced side down for the most

Frozen pizza & beer. Yummo. I make those roast beef sandwiches for MrB all the time now. LOL - He loves them, and we have it once a week. We like them best on the "take 'n bake" bread from Kroger (or whatever its called). I'll bake the bread, slice it length wise, and layer the stuff on. Then slice it into thirds and smoosh it down. THEN, I wrap each sandwich in foil and bake at 425 - 450 for about 12-15 minutes. Yum. Thanks for the recipe! My husband thanks you, too.

Alright well, STOP!....Collaborate and listen.... LOL - I have been, too. I may not be heading to the beach, but I will be heading home shortly. Think I'll have to make a pit stop .
-
I wondered if anyone would know what I was talking about! Ahhhh.... I really wish I was at the beach right now. With that breeze off the water, the waves crashing, and an ice cold beer in my hand.

I love the drive down A1A. It's so pretty... my favorite little town down there is Seaside. I've never stayed there though. Just driven through it. And, whenever I hear "A1A", my mind follows up with "...beachfront avenue..."

Why not? Because there is absolutely nothing else more important going on in our state right now that needs to be addressed and taken care of. Pu-lease. This is the stupidist thing I have ever heard. It's like someone wanted a cause to fight for, and couldn't think of one they wanted to be involved in.
