I did!! Tomorrow will be 4 WEEKS! Woohoo! Congrats to all of you!!! It is hard, and I think the first 2 weeks are the hardest. But I can't tell you how much better I feel; it is worth it.

So true... I was sharing a bench with two girls that were about my age. One was telling the other about a horrible date she'd been on the night before. After she told her story she said, "I swear. With every date I go on anymore, my dog starts to look better and better." I my dog. He's curled up on the couch with me right now.

IDK.... we don't have debris or stuff filled areas and we get them on the front porch. They build their webs under the siding at the bottom. YUCK! I have no idea, Harlee, how to get rid of them. I hate spiders!!

My husband and I stayed at Hard Rock last time we went, last spring. I LOVE it! The pool is the best. It is off the strip a bit, but not far. The Pink Taco is in there and it is sooooo good. I loved the rooms, too. It's not as big as the other hotels either, and I kind of liked that. For cheap eats, there is a place the locals eat on the old part of the strip, but once again I have forgotten the hotel it is in. I think it's the Golden Gate. It's so good and so cheap; it's kind of like a deli in the casino.

That does suck. I used to have United Health and I liked it. Although, my deductible wasn't that hight. I always had a co-pay. We've got BCBS now and love it. I don't know what we would have done withotut it when I was put in the hospital all of the sudden in 2008 and all of the follow up from that ordeal. To the OP, try to not let your coverage lapse. It will be very difficult to obtain insurance again.

I grew up in Tenn and still have trouble understanding. When I was in high school at my job, I had a big, burly man in overalls and a flannel shirt say to me, "Hey youngin, run over yonder and snatch me one-a em pokes." After having him repeat it several times, he explained he was asking me to go over to another counter and get him a paper bag. A poke is a bag. LOL!
