  1. Pip,

I feel ya....my subdivision has spent the last year in court fighting our developer who has clearly stolen our HOA money for the past 5 years and used it for his private gain. Well into the 6 figure range has been misused. He has spent 100K fighting us, and we have spent at least 50K. Our case was transferred to Cobb, but it just drags on and on and on. Good luck...

  2. Hey Guys!

I've had several customers coming in saying the roads are fine, besides a few bad spots in the shaded areas.

We're open and ready for business!

We have the staff to accommodate your shipping and postal needs!

We look forward to seeing you!

  3. Guys and Gals,

UPS will be delivering and picking up today as they attempt to dig out of a 2 day backlog.

The postal service has announced that they hope to return to normal operations today as well.

I will have staff doubled up today so that there should be no wait times for anything. Don't foret we offer a full line of postal products just like the post office, but without the crazy line.

    Have a great day,

    Glenn

  8. It is a LAN IP address inside our shop. The program, when engaged needs to monitor a copier's data page at a specific IP address. It needs to capture the copiers count data that shows me how many copies are presently on the machine. The information is currently presented on an explorer web page. That data would change after more copies are made if the page were to be refreshed. The program would need to be able to see the new data, compare that to the previously stored data and then show the value change between the two.

In short, I want to be able to tell how many copies just got made without having to count the sheets of paper.

  9. I need a capable webdeveloper that can write a program that will:

    1. capture a data table inside a static IP address,

    2. store that table, (on a seperate machine inside the Network)

    3. automatically detect any change in that captured table data,

    4. then produce a new table showing the delta between the two.

    5. It must function in a windows environment.

If you have the skills, it should be simple. 150$ cash payable on a working demonstration.

    Thanks,

    Glenn

  10. I just wanted to say that I used Scott and Elite Roofing to replace my entire roof. The work was done incredibly efficiently, and looks great. I had our original flat shingle replaced with the architectural shingle pattern, and it really added something extra to the house. Finally, I will also say that Scott is one of my new valued neighbors. He just moved in two doors down.

Now folks, imagine the baggage that could have come from allowing a neighbor to do a job like that and imagine the possibilities if it did not go right. Scott and his crew stood up, offered their help. Even though he was the new guy in the neighborhood, he was confident enough in his crew to take that risk. I am glad he took the risk to offer to complete the job, and I am doubly glad that I trusted him and his crew to do the work.

If anyone has any questions, feel free to contact me, or drop by the store and we'll go across the street and look at his level of attention to detail.

    Thanks

    Glenn :)
