Sorry it took so long to get back on here yesterday was rough. She is a cosmetologist and the place paid in cash. she gave them her receipts and cash. They kept 50% and at the end of the week gave her her 50%. She thought taxes were withheld but there was NEVER a paper trail other than the tickets she wrote up and gave to the owner to ring up. Young and dumb is the best way to explain it. I really think she is screwed and is going to have to pay out of the hiney. She was is an employee of the business. I look at it this way. Scenario.... Daughter has a job and has been paid in cash. The employeer gets 50% of her sales. Now she finds out they have not witheld taxes or paid them for her. They said she will get a 1099 and wanted to know how much her sales were. She was kind of shocked. I do not want to say what I have told her so I do not jade your answers. Can she claim the 50% she paid to employer as a business expense? What should she do???

No need to worry there will be NO snow. When we moved south I gave away all of our shovels sleds etc. After last winter I went and bought sleds at the hardware store across from the Endless Yard Sale. We did not get any snow after that. They sit in our garage so I am sure NO SNOW!!!

Sad to say I agree with all of this. Am I happy about it NO, is it NEEDED YES!. We have always been open and called a body part by its name with our children. Do they need to know all of the additional information....because of our society YES. In another 30 years don't be suprised if they have to lower the age limits and have to teach things to younger kids.

DONNIES AUTOMOTIVE in Hiram Our van was acting up last weekend he checked it out and fixed one thing but the computer code was still showing for another. He checked it several times and said it was fine. he gave me the choice to pull the transmission (expensive) or hold off since the second error code was not affecting the engine or its running.
