thank you ! I will look into their program. I know some insurance agencies would pay for the course while you worked for them - I have flooded the local industry with resume's (well, those that were willing to say send one) and never hear back - I have also sent my info to every other job I see someone post on here. C/L has given some leads, but they never pan out. I have not limited my search to just insurance, that is just my strongest knowledge.

I have been out of work for 2 mos .

I know it's frustrating. I have filled out over 100 applications (online).

I am also looking for a call center/customer service job.

I know there are some insurance agents on here - and wanted to ask them what is process for becoming an agent - I have 23 years insurance back ground in claims - and have not been able to reenter that field - so many of the positions are call centers in other states or so far away I cant get there in my current auto safely ! I would love something that would allow me to do some telecommuting - like customer follow up or coverage updates...
