You probably did the right thing in playing the numbers but you probably jinxed your chance of winning by talking about it on here. If it doesn't hit this time, you might want to keep playing those numbers. Best of luck to you!

Please say it aint so! We switched from Dr. Gluckman to Dr. Cantrell 2-3 years ago when Dr. G left the same way. I don't know what's going on over there but these two were the only original owners still there. Dr. Staviss(Williams) left a few years ago to stay home and be a full time mommy. Guess it's time to change/find my son another practice. I'm glad he's almost 15 but we LOVED these 2 doctors!

Taking down pictures does not "do away with our history" as you suggest. History doesn't change. Don't put words in my mouth just because my opinion differs from yours! It is not my choice to "bury the history of farming!" Farming history can be depicted in other ways that are not offensive to some! I shouldn't have to defend my opinion just because it differs from your ignorant one! -
OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! I have just learned of this on here and went to the AJC's article to see if I knew this man and I did! I am in such shock! I used to work with Chad's wife, Keisha. It has been a while and I did not know that Chad was now a GSP officer. This breaks my heart for her and the boys. And for all of his family. His dad put my fence in for me when I moved back here to pc in 2001. My condolences go out to all of you!!!! Chad, R.I.P.!!!!!!!!

There are other ways to show a depiction of agriculture in Georgia without offending people with pictures of slavery. I can't say that I find it offensive but it does bother me to see that picture depicting slavery when it could be offensive to others who have to look at it every day. I personally would like to see it removed and replaced with a picture that is not offensive to anyone, afterall this is a state office. I'm sure that office is in possession of other pictures that all would find more suitable without it costing the tax payers an extravagent amount to display them. That's just -
My Show and Tell Record Player/Slide Show, Spirograph, Tinker Toys. I also had a Thumbelina Doll when I was really little. I don't remember her but my mama says I would wind her up and throw her down really quick to watch her move. I was a little scared of her moving in my hands.

When my son was a little younger and into Batman and wrestling action figures, I would hit Target 1st thing on Tuesday mornings and toys would be just stocked during the night. I was able to find everything I was looking for even the hard to find, rare ones. You might call to see when they restock the toys now. maybe that would help.

In my opinion, the Bald Eagle is a much prettier bird than even the bronze turkey.
-
Thanks SOOOOOOOOOO much for sharing those!!!

No, i agree w/you, they are not pretty birds. Who was it wanted the wild turkey to be our national bird? FDR, maybe? I'm so thankful he didn't get his way w/that one. The Bald Eagle is much prettier, especially in flight. That white bird sure does have a long beard too. I love to see them in the wild.

Well, in answer to your question, I guess I'm doing a tad better than you. I've bought 1 gift. It's so sad. My finances are so limited I don't know what to buy and what not to buy.
