Yes to the central air and no to the shade. We do have double pane insulated windows and double wrapped the house (cedar with insulation then foam then thick vinyl siding over that). I was wondering how any of them got to be so high. Our house is about 1800 sq ft, total electric. One of the water delivery companies failed to deliver our water at the office one day. My boss called and talked to them about it. A savvy employer won't fire you on the basis of what you said at a political rally or for giving your opinion. They also won't refuse to hire you based on your age.
