I miss you too! -
I've no problem with her either. Everyone has their own opinions, and I couldn't care less if they are like mine or not. At least she can keep the board a'hoppin'!!

I have a nice plastic one, but no lid. If you wanna clean my gutters again, you can have it for free. Just a quicky cleaning, no blowing out or washing the down spouts...just tossing the pine straw and leaves out on the ground- don't even have to clean that up. I just want them to flow when the rain comes....whenever that might be. I can probably get you a lid when I go see my parents in Carrollton in the next week or so. Let me know- 678-315-8794 Glenn

Ah, it's just such a mess. IMO, there was no good candidates to vote for anyway. Short of some "miracle working Anti-Christ" type, I can't see how ANYONE can fix the mess we are in now. All I can say is that I plan on spending the rest of my years doing what I have been doing for the past 6-7 years- WORK MY OWN ASS OFF!!! Finding the niches I can find, working every angle there is, and constantly searching for demands in the market. In this economy, it's every man (or woman) for themselves, and only hard work and sharp thinking is how I plan to survive. Short of being invaded by another co

Thank you!! That's a sweet thing to say. -
With the season changing, I am focusing more on repairs for chainsaws, trimmers, blowers & generators. This is also a GREAT time of year to get your mowers Winterized for next season, so they'll be trouble free when you get ready for Spring. Please call 678-315-8794 for details and estimates. Thank you Glenn

New Update on my GF's (Rainy's) status...GREAT news!

Basically, I have ALWAYS been married all my life...first wife for 20 years, second wife for 3 years, then re-married first wife again for about 2 years....didn't work out, but hey we tried for the kids. After that, I was basically done with the "M" word. I met Rainy on a blind date. We went out, and then I moved on, dated a few gals, nothing big. Met up again about a year later and a spark flew. I saw the kindness and love in her heart and it swept me off my feet! I was with her for about 5 months before she had the stroke. I still get to see her as much as I can afford to, about 1-2 times a -
Never. I have quit a few jobs, only to find work closer to home, but never fired.

Ivylove, comes to mind....

I was a studious nerd in school, although I was on the wrestling team, played ball, and did other non-nerdy things. We had this thing called OCI back in high school- On Campus Isolation. I was sent there for ONE week because of the usual- I couldn't shut up and I talked too much. After seeing how much work I could get done the first week, I intentionally "bought" myself more weeks by talking when I wasn't supposed to. Looking back on it now, I firmly believe that if High School was like this as a norm, our kids would be 300 times smarter than they are now. I realized that school was a time for

True, but rare....this is not the norm, and they will usually contact the employer first to get what happened in writing. That's what I meant, sorry if I worded it wrong. But you have to have worked there long enough to have paid the amount to qualify. My job at an AT&T outsource company lasted long enough for me to be only $100 shy of qualifying...and that was like 5 months on the job. And actually, every employee DOES pay into this system....it may not be in direct writing, but they still take what they need to handle the insurance, one way or another, even if it's paying you le

Well put!!! I won't prevent such selfish jerks from getting in, bit I sometimes make it a "scary" merge for them, if you know what I mean. IMO, that's just being a selfish A$$hole, and I don't have much patience for people like that....but I won't let it cause a wreck either, since there are other decent people on the road. I may let them in, and give them a "sign" of my opinion (hand gesture ), but I won't jeopardize the other good people on the road. In any event, if they have a Paulding County tag, then I KNOW they knew better, and they'll "get my opinion" on it, if you catch my drift. Out

That would be solely up to her employer as to how we writes it off as quitting or being layed off. If you quit, or if you are fired you do NOT qualify. Plus she has to have been there long enough to have paid in the required amount to qualify for UE insurance. This applies too....Independent contractors are not eligible, since they have not paid into the UE insurance program with the job they are working.

My mom used to go on and on about that. I was an auto mechanic for a little over a year until finally getting a desk job. Truthfully though, fingers and hands are pretty safe as long as you work SMART. I always wear gloves too as much as I can. Reading glasses is what's saved my butt several times, since they work like eye goggle. Nothing hurts like carb cleaner spray in the eyeball!! Ouch! I'm glad it did!!

That said....if you look at the loop that 120 is making, it's probably the most ludicrous "perimeter" that I have ever seen....think about it. In its final stage, it merely takes you from on point in Marietta, then goes from your Ahole to your Elbow to bring you back where you started within less than 5-6 miles or its origin. I find it, as a roadway engineer to be to the most crazy design I have ever seen in my life. But, it makes for a good laugh, and brings credence to why I have been deemed "over-qualified" to get a job in this field. My common sense has no place in this "new" work pla

OMG!!! Did you do that intentionally, or did your computer stick????? If this was intentional, then please allow me to say... Over-kill does just that- KILLS your point.

Oh wow!!! I didn't know it would play everything I had on youtube!!! This is crazy, so try to ignore some of these!

I hope you folks like this. For your late night musical pleasure.

I still have this problem going north on 92 just past Hiram-Sudie where it bottles into a single lane. People seem oblivious as to what it gong on. Beats me! ?????

Why don't police hang out where accidents happen a lot

True that, and it's the ONLY way to effectively, and cost efficiently fix the problem without having to redesign and rebuild the road correctly...which should have been done in the first place. -
They don't always have to. I play with many musicians who have stopped smoking. I have a ventilator from hell installed in my man-cave/studio. They have all expressed how much easier to breathe than in a bar, although I am still free to smoke all I want to. There are ways to fix problems so everyone has a good time. As a smoker, even (I) hate playing in bars that have crappy to no ventilation. I only want what comes from the butt of thing, not globs or smoke all over the rest of me and especially not up my nose! There are ways to accommodate both folks....what's missing apparently is common s

As if you and your hubby were the result of this? I just don't get people. Children have no power over things like this and for people to judge just incites me with anger, yet, I try to let it go since it's based solely on pure ignorance. -
Jeeeez Leweeeze!! Someone's in need of a drink or a strong anti-depressant??? Now that you mention it, me too! G'nite~~

I certainly will! I wish this dang laundry would get done so I can go to bed! Almost there. I'll send yall's comments her way when I see her again on Sunday. Tomorrow is my youngest girl's birthday (17 yrs old) and she is spending Sunday with me and going with me to see Rainy. I'm really looking forward to the whole thing. A double blessing! Nite, yall.
