Terrific condition. Very low usage hours. Recently tuned up, fresh oil, plug, filters, good battery & tires, sharpened and balanced blades. Briggs & Stratton 12.5 HP I/C Gold series engine with 6 speed manual shift transmission, 38" cutting deck. New fuel line, filter & fuel shut off valve for safe indoors storage. No second mechanics and no secretary, just me. So, I'm requesting that customers TEXT me first, then I will follow up with a phone call as soon as I'm able. As a one man operation, turn-around time may be slightly longer, while still quicker than most. On the upside though, the buck stops with me and you can feel more secure about every little detail being noticed and handled appropriately.
Meanwhile, I still offer pick up and drop off service, as well as MOBILE service within my range. This means I am NOT ALWAYS AT MY SHOP. So, please CALL prior to dropping off equipment. While these are the pitfalls of operating on a small scale, the upside is you'll get much better quality service on a more personal level. I do ask that anyone needing MOBILE service at their residence or business MUST have a garage or other COVERED area to work in.
Mobile service is $30 cash, due upon arrival. No personal checks accepted. Having recently acquired full time employment as an engineer, this is a cash only business, and is offered primarily as a convenience service to my local community, due to popular demand. I've got a lot of elderly customers I have serviced for almost 10 years, and they've been adamant about me keeping my doors open for them. First, the tiller: (Wanted to get $250, but will settle for $200) The engine alone was $150....yes, it's a REAL HONDA engine, not those Chinese knock-offs I'm seeing everywhere.
This tiller has been modified - Old Briggs and Stratton 5 HP engine has been replaced with a much quieter and smoother running Honda GC 190 engine. No bells and whistles. Just a solid built, single gear, tiller with a sweet variable speed Honda engine. Chain driven trans. Easy to start and easy to manage in the field. Engine has fresh oil and rebuilt carburetor.
Second, the Garden Tractor: $750 and include FREE delivery, if needed).
Fully reconditioned Murray Garden Tractor with 18 HP Twin cylinder Briggs & Stratton engine. 46" triple blade cutting deck, and 5 speed transmission. Totally reconditioned, good tires, good belts, full tune up and lube, smooth shifting 5 speed trans-axle. Engine runs terrific, and full mowing operation is remarkably smooth and quiet. A must have for large yards! Mulching set-up virtually eliminates the need for bagging. Grinds dead leaves into dust, no more raking. Hands down, the best garden tractor I've ever owned. I'm behind on bills folks, or I'd never be selling the mower. I just plain LOVE IT!! And certainly not for less than $1,000.

This mower is terrific for larger yards, and is used by many landscaping companies.
Older model stand-on heavy duty lawn mower with 48" triple blade cutting deck. Twin lever steering control, fully adjustable steering and brakes. 5 speed chain drive gear box, powered by a Kawasaki FB460V engine. Engine runs great, recently tuned up and blades reconditioned (sharpened and balanced). Detachable sit or stand sulky. Steering control is basically the same at a zero turn, only with belts and levers instead of hydro-static transmissions, so repairs are much less costly. Asking $750. Call or text 678-315-8794. Oh yeah....sorry, I copied and pasted this from C-List, so the price was listed elsewhere. I decided my bottom line is $350. Initially I wanted $400 and still think it's worth every nickle of that, because this is one of the better models made with one of the best engines you could get on one, and I can't find any rust anywhere on this thing! It's a real jewel, I kid you not. I fixed this one up to keep here at home. But my vacation's coming up, and how can I test customers' mowers if I cut my yard with my own mower?

Snapper Riding Mower, older Comet design. Runs good, and cuts beautiful. Very easy to use. 5 speed, with 36" cutting deck. Virtually no rust, well kept and maintained over the years. 8 HP Tecumseh formula engine, with pull rope. No battery needed. New carburetor, fuel line, filter. Engine runs very strong and smooth. Blade just recently sharpened and balanced. Fresh oil & new air filter. Clutch disc and belt all in very good shape, no mechanical issues at all. Very rugged & dependable lawn mower with several years of service left in it.

Some of you may know I had another engineering job early this year. Well, as the pattern continues, it took me 2 months to help the firm catch up on their work load. After that, things went back to a crawl and I was laid off (again). Not to worry though, as business has been great so far this year in mower repairs. My policy has changed somewhat for this season, and probably seasons to follow. Just to touch on a few points, I am working ALONE this year. No second mechanics and no secretary, just me. As a one man operation, there are some items I DO NOT take in for repairs this year. Basically all hand held 2-stroke machines, such as blowers, string trimmers, and chainsaws. After analyzing my financial history, these machines can take up to two hours to repair, so the labor charge quite often will run up and sometimes over $75. So by the time I get it repaired, too often a customer will decide against paying for the repair and leave me the machine instead. This left me with a yard full of junk. A simple rule of thumb you can all do yourself is this- replace the fuel line(s) and fuel filter and replace the spark plug. If it still wont run, then chunk it and buy another one. I doubt it's worth paying for a repair beyond that.

I'm asking $75 OBO. There is some surface rust in places, but will sand off easy and hasn't compromised the structural integrity. I started to sand and paint it before posting, but that's too much work, and this way the buyer can see how topical the rust is so they'll know they're not getting a painted over rusted out box. The castors are in great shape, and drawer movement is as good as new. I'd LIKE to get $75 if I could, but you fellers can bid on it and go that route. I don't need another tool box. Lol. Too many already for me.
