Had ours for 5 years with no trouble. We have never heard of any yearly service required, unless it is some kind of cleaning service, etc. Wipe it down every time you use it. How often do you go to the E.R. ? Just curious, because my family of 6 haven't gone to the E.R. in 10+ years. Always done a walk in or got an appointment with the primary m.d. --- not that there haven't been medical issues, just nothing that couldn't wait until the next day.
