Install motion sensitive flood lights. Get a security video camera for home and aim towards the areas on your property that he has been seen in and the area the damage was done. I think these are motion sensitive now and have went down in price. This will enable you to have any future actions recorded for police investigation. It seems like I seen them for sale at Best Buy recently. Motion sensitive flood lights help. They are a fairly cheap help for security and they can be found at Lowe's or Home Depot. If you are concerned about the power bill then use halogen bulbs. Usually any light that spreads the light outwards will help deter crooks. We have one between the garage doors at the front of the house and another at the door to our 16x20 building in the back yard, then of course motion lights on the front steps and back deck at the doors. Oh yes there are cottonmouths/water moccasins here in Paulding. On my family's land off 101 in Union WAY back into the woods in the creek there are a TON of them. They are so bad that every year my hubby and stepfather go to thin them out and they say the sandy creek banks are full of them laying in the sun! This is every year recently.

Copperheads, rattle snakes, and cottonmouths (water moccasin) are found in the area. Once I was night fishing off Scoggins road and accidentally got a close up view of a cottonmouth that was about 3 feet long. At the home I grew up in off Davis Mill we found a mother copperhead and her 3 babies in the middle of our huge backyard that had low cut grass, no trees or shrubs, not even any underbrush. They were just in the middle of the yard unprotected where we played every day! We also have a long of king snakes but they aren't venomous and keep the pests away. They are dark black.
