Amazon is planning to start grocery delivery in the ATL area but they are not saying when. They do deliveries in certain markets (SoCal, NorCal, Seattle, NYC, etc) for now. They have taken over the now-defunct WebVan company that was big hit in ATL and inner suburbs. The company is called Amazon Fresh.

Wonder if that woman (his spouse?) did it to get him to leave her alone?

I know this thread is kind of old. Sprout's has been very busy constructing a store there. There is word that Whole Foods could be coming to Smyrna. They may have bought the Cumberland UMC property on Pace Ferry road. Don't know if this means closing the one on Powers Ferry in Marietta. I kind of doubt it.

I just noticed strong fire smoke odor when I went out this morning. It is still around. No latest updates from the local media guys. It sounds like the fire was planned that went wrong.

I think I know where that is now. It is very close to Coots Lake store on Coots Lake road.

Rockmart and Polk County firefighters, along with Georgia Forestry Commission personnel are at the scene of a fire on Braswell Mountain. According to Polk County EMA Director and Fire Cheif Randy Lacey, they have dug breaks to contain the fire from spreading and there are no structures in danger.
