  1. Hubby is on his way home now with Aveeno, Zyrtec, and regular oatmeal for me. (All I had was instant) I've got cornstarch, baking soda and vinegar here. I'm *almost* willing to try anything at this point!! I do think they're starting to calm down a bit finally. Blondie I didn't see your suggestion until now, but I'm totally adding that to the list of stuff to try if this stuff doesn't work. Thank you all so much!!!
  2. I think I have it narrowed down to Blue Raspberry soda. I found some info online about that dye causing allergic reactions including hives. It's the only thing new that I've had, so I'm not having it anymore. Ew. I don't know if I'm itchy enough to try that. AGHH I don't want to be a human volcano! Oh, god, the visual!
  3. I do have some Benadryl spray, and it helps a little more than the caplets. I'll get hubby to grab some Zyrtec and Aveeno & oatmeal on his way home. *fingers crossed* Hopefully y'all won't see "Crazed, hive covered woman runs naked through the streets screaming obscenities" on the evening news. Thanks y'all!
  4. Not sure what caused it, but I've broken out in hives all over and it's HORRIBLE! Doc put me on steroids and told me to keep taking Benadryl, but the Benadryl isn't helping much. So, does anybody have any good home remedies for decreasing the itching? It is driving me crazy! (yeah yeah, short drive) scratch scratch scratch
  5. Cause all I really want is to be with you, and feel like I matter too.
  6. All of my neighbors are great. Crap, does that men I'm the trashy neighbor? OMG DAD! YOU CAN'T JUST POST MY PICTURE ON PCOM!
  7. I'm so glad my hubby is mechanically inclined. All of our neighbors pay DH to do work on their cars rather than take it anywhere else. Of course when my REALLY OLD washing machine dies and he's able to fix it for $20 and I can't get a nice new one, well then it's a bummer.
  8. It was when the log house was being built and we were sharing the pullout couch/booth thingy in the camper.
  9. I also woke up screaming a female co-workers name. That got a funny look from DH. I had been dreaming that she sold us a truck with a camper top and DH and I were laying in the truck bed and the camper top collapsed on us and I yelled at her. Then once I had an entire conversation while asleep about the future education of another co-workers children. Apparently I wanted to put them through school if something happened to said co-worker. When I was little I woke up screaming at Blondie that I didn't want her pancakes.
  10. Awwww. Wait, are you saying he usually leaves a job half finished? He wanted to have it done before tomorrow morning. I'm pretty sure our entire neighborhood has helped build this fence. Everytime I go out there he's got another friend helping him. Sorry for hijacking CC!
  11. Right?! I wouldn't mind a little hypothermia right about now! Poor DH is outside trying to finish our fence and the sweat is POURING off of him. I bet he loses 15lbs in the next hour.
  12. There is a LOT of cute stuff that would probably be right up her alley.
  13. I stopped by The Warehouse earlier with the 2 littlest heathens. Got them both tye-dye shirts, and got the eldest an attitude t. We saw Pubby while we were there. Also went by yesterday and bought myself a couple of shirts. Wish I could make it tomorrow.
  14. "Billy Ray- 13 yrs old. short, likes to cuss, smart, enjoying his summer." My (almost) 11 year old is bummed that he can't pass for 13.
  15. I don't remember the dream, but I once woke myself up shouting out my zip code.
  16. Aghh CE! After you posted that on facebook this morning, I've been walking around singing this..... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1GaKaGwch0U
  17. You have to promise me you'll have another girls night that I can come to! I so wish I could make it to this one!
  18. :clapping:That's awesome! I wish I could get my (almost) 11 year old to read more. You should take him to the Paulding County Library! I think you can get something like 20 books at at time. Checkouts are 2 weeks. I just picked up a book for 11 year old's summer reading list. Sadly they didn't have the other one we needed. I hate to spend money on books that will only get read once and then sit on a shelf.
  19. I'd ride it over and over and over! It looks amazeballs!
  20. When I broke my foot last year, the ortho I saw gave a discount if you could pay in full the day of your appointment. I did pay in full with the discount, but that implies that they would be willing to do a payment plan. Of course I only needed a cast and not surgery.
  21. Pool party for the eldest child at my parent's house today. We'll probably hang by the parent's pool on Sunday, and I imagine more of the same on Monday. I hanging with the family. Vacations (even mini ones) are great, but nothing beats family time for me.
  22. Welcome back! Baby B is ADORABLE!
  23. Yep. Or sometimes a commercial will come on and after a minute I can't even remember what I was watching.
  24. GeorgiaDawg's place on PCB I LOVE IT HERE!
