Spent Sat looking at homes for sale with my daughter. They are planning to join us in Paulding soon; Dallas toward Rockmart area. You can tell the foreclosures and short sales. I guess ppl are so angry about having to leave, they just don't care. But it would still be hard for me to leave homes in that condition; I would be embarrassed. You can almost pinpoint the homes that were left because ppl were making a legitimate move. I made my own version of shrimp alfredo with ingredients on hand. It tasted good but the sauce was too thick.

Chardonnay; don't like sweet wines (taste like kool aid). However, I don't like a chardonnay with a heavy oak taste. Sometimes I am ok with pinot or a riesling. For everyday use; either Barefoot or Rex Goliath. I am fine with a red wine during dinner; but when I sit down and want a glass of wine; it is always white.

Well, my dinner guest fizzled out (my daughter) but that's ok. I will continue anyway! Grilled Ribeye steak, chicken, salad and baked potato. I have been craving a pizza and the thought of delivery just doesn't cut it! Can I come and bring a steak and chicken to share? I'll bring my own napkin!
