  2. I use vectra on my dog and it works really good...But my vet told me that the vectra is lethal for cats matter fact they said keep my cat away from the dog for atleast 24 hours or until it was dry before letting the cat around the dog...My cat is on Advantage...I dont even let my dog lay on the bed after putting it on her just to be safe b/c the cat lays on the bed too so I just keep them totally away from each other when it's time to do the flea med for a day....

  3. all i can say is....don't switch to B.O.A. .....you'll get just as crappy treatment....i've had an account with them since i was 15 and they were Nations Bank....short of 10 years with B.O.A......i'd never heard anything good about BB&T either.
I agree...Been dealing with them all week due to a mistake on their end and it as costed me alot of money and time!!!

  7. My cat started having the same thing go on and we went to the vet I thought it may be the onset of diabetes but it wasn't.

So what I do now is I only give him a half of a small can and if he eats all of that and wants more then I give the rest to him but I wait atleast 15 min's

in between before I give the rest and we do dry food the same way I dont put out a whole bowl full of food for him just small portions.

And so far so good he hasn't thrown up in a while you might want to try that to see if it helps but I would still visit your vet just to be sure It's nothing else going on....Good Luck to you and your furbaby......

  10. Looks like I'm going to be buying some tennis balls... cheaper than PT and worth a try. i'm not having the numbness anymore, but i am having pain in my wrist.

Well, it really isn't an option right now. My out of pocket would be around $60 a week... for at least 4 weeks. What kind of stuff did they have you do?

plus the fact that I need to go 3 days a week and can't take my lil man.... and I have noone to keep him.

Yes I had to go 3 times a week also but it was worth it.They had me doing heat treatments with parafin wax and picking up small objects, and rubbing all kinds of differant textures like cotton, silk, etc. They message my hand and wrist everytime I went and I dont know what this is called but they put my arm up to my elbow in this machine what I would say was sand blasting my hand and arm Im not sure what that done for my hand but it felt good. Then you move up to squeezing differant kinds of objects. It was alot of stuff they did I was always there for a hour and a half atleast.Maybe they could do some kind of payments for you.I know Im glad I went my sister had the same surgery on both hands and she didn't go to PT and she still had problems hers was never like it should have been.

  11. Has anyone had carpel tunnel surgery that required PT afterwards? I had the surgery 7 weeks ago and still having problems. Doc. wants me to go to PT, but it just ain't in the budget. Wondering if it will get better if I just give it a little more time.
I had to have PT after my surgery but they also had to do some nerve damage repair along with the carpel tunnel surgery on me.

It did help out alot my recovery would have been alot longer had I not done the PT so Im glad I did. I dont have no problems with my hand at all and I had the surgery in 00.So you may want to consider it.
