I listen to the scanner all the time and there are NUMEROUS calls that go out with multiple units responding.....only to have the alarm company call with the proper code and therefore the 10-90 (ALARM) call will be cancelled. Not to mention the 10-90 calls that are PANIC BUTTON calls -- which are then within less than a minute or so cancelled. There are numerous reasons why their lights go on and then go off

I may be incorrect but I believe that busses that have children on them are not allowed to go over 40 mph regardless if the speed limit is 55. Now as far as when the bus is empty -- I dunno

I think I need a change from the Workout Anytime. Maybe it is more conversation or something...I dunno -- I need adult interaction! I really like step or kick boxing type workouts -- I can do the weight training, treadmill, eliptical type stuff and I know exactly what to do on those -- but I think I need something a bit more vigorous -- I would LOVE to try a spinning class (never done that before) or some kind of kick@ss boxing I have a bit of an aggressive side lately

I will dig up some info on American Bodyworks -- hadn't thought of that one. Workout Anytime is the one I have that expired. My contract obligation is finished and I sent a letter to terminate. Thanks for the info!

OK so my gym membership expired and I am curious about other options. There is a gym next to NCG theater in Acworth -- I think it is a Golds but I cannot remember. Does anyone know? If so....do you like it? Is it expensive? Or what about more local clubs -- likes...dislikes -- things like that. Thanks for your input!
