vehicle is in my driveway -- and I know the owner (family friend) -- the vehicle has expired tags from another State -- long sordid story but vehicle needs to be sold. Problem is that money is still owed to finance company -- therefore Title is not in hand. If sold, money would be sent directly to finance company and then Title mailed. Just curious how much of an issue this would be for people.

Scenario: If there was a used vehicle for sale and you were told that it was owned by an out of State party (sold here as a favor to friend) and that the vehicle was financed -- would you be willing to purchase the vehicle -- sending payment directly to finance company -- and then wait to receive the Title???? Or would you shy away from buying a vehicle that was not owned out-right with Title in hand? I really would like some opinions on this. TIA.

I feel your pain! Well -- felt is a better word. I had gallstones and after ultrasound - had gall bladder removed 2 days later. I, to my doc's disapproval, have a VERY high pain tolerance and apparently mine had gotten so bad that it caused pancreatitis -- that was not so good. I should have gone in much earlier. Liver enzymes were also elevated. If your urine turns dark (like soda) then get in asap. That is what happened to me.
