The mostest bestest workingest stain removererer in the world. Mix EQUAL parts of Ammonia, White Vinegar, and Whisk liquid detergent. I put 1 cup of each in a spray bottle and keep it in the laundry room. Takes EVERYTHING out! Blood, permanent marker, ink, grass stains (I am a soccer mom), old grungy formula stains on baby clothes, and the list goes on and on. It is safe to use on ALL colors (from my personal experiences) and has not damanged ANYTHING.

Zumba is a fantastic workout but more than that -- such fun!!!!

My mom was quad and bed ridden for 16 plus years from MS -- the sun was the debil for her. It enhanced her symptoms terribly. If sunlight touched her skin -- even through windows -- she broke out into horrible hives and rash -- it was awful. She died after a long fight. On a lighter note -- she was named the MS Society Mother of the Year for the State of Alaska one year.
