Has anyone wondered about the man/woman driving the vehicle that obviously was not looking to hit a horse on the way to work this morning. It really is sad for the horse and the owner, but I hope even more the driver of the vehicle is still alive.

It's ridiculous! Ours went up $600! When our home value goes up, they raise the tax. When our home value goes down, they STILL raise the taxes! Not trying to get too far off topic, but it would be so nice if some folks in neighborhoods would understands that it can be as simple as a few small and relatively inexpensive things that could prevent dragging down the value of homes. Such as cutting your grass, trimming hedges, removing junk from the yard and splashing on a new coat of paint, even if it's just on the front. I would say that 80 to 85% of residence in our neighborhood take pride in their home. It has only taken the remaining 15% or so to drag everyone down. I was at work and heard about the first plane on the radio. There was no TV in the office, so my partner and I went to the maintenance office and watched as the second plane hit. I still don't understand why maintenance was permitted to have a TV, but that's a different story.

Of course when I finally got through, I'm no where near the box to read the serial number off. This dude from Comcast called just prior to the box going off last night. Talked to the DW to notify us that the rate was going up. Unknown to me at the time, she dropped one of the premium stations. I was fine with it, but in the process he disabled one of the boxes. I finally got through and they "said" that it has been reactivated. GEEEEEZZZ, what a hassle.
