I read somewhere that if you peel the banana from the bottom, that you won't have any of those "strings" on the banana either but, it didn't work. I still found the little stringy thingies on it!!

My children were the same way when they were little and the Dr said just give them whatever (within reason) they want. It's better for them to get "some" nutrients and calories than to get nothing. They will grow out of it. My first grandson was the same way for about 2 yrs and now he eats like a normal child. On the other hand, his sister, she can eat and eat and eat, if you let her, her Mother has to make her quit eating. She is NOT a big child but, she can put away some food.

Bless her heart, we'll have to stop by and see Ms Jessie, next time we're in Hiram. It has been a while since we've seen her. She was not at home last time we stopped by her house. Hope she is feeling better, real soon. We Love Ms Jessie, she is such a sweetheart!!!!!!!!

They probaby ran out 2 hours after they were stocked!!! We got 2 at Toys-r-us, last week. Now I can't find any accessories, go figure.

spread a little of the laughing cow cheese on top of a ritz cracker (or whatever kind you like) and top with a piece of lebanon bologna, mmm mmm goooood!!!! spread a very thin layer of cream cheese on a flour tortilla and layer with your favorite meat such as ham, lebanon bologna, turkey, roast beef or whatever you like and top with shredded cheese, very thinly sliced tomatoes, thinly sliced onion strips, shredded lettuce and roll it up tight and slice into 1" pinwheels.

I've never heard of XP Pro being preinstalled but, who knows. It may be something you could get if "you" build your own computer. Congrats on the job!

"IF" and "WHEN" we order pizza, we get Papa John's. It's the best!!! We only order pizza maybe once a year. Every now and then I'll go to Stevie B's or Chuckie Cheese's, with the grandchildren. But, I mostly eat pizza at Sam's Club, when hubby gets a hot dog. It's not the greatest but, it IS the cheapest. Overall it's pretty good for a slice of pizza ans a drink for less than $3.

I believe she said the last day would be the 31st. Yes, she has good clothes in the store, I just wish that everyone, who is in need, could take advantage of the sale.

We do not do the toys for tots. However, we will donate for the county in which we live. I was told that toys for tots goes to Atlanta and we'd rather support the children in our own county. Call me selfish, I really don't care. I want to "know" where my $$ is going!!! We search for a needy family to help and do on our own. No matter what, we will always be giving at Christmas, to the needy!!!!

Mrs C, is this the kind of bed you are referring to?? I loved that bed. It was at a friend of a friends house. He had sooo many antique beds and other stuff as well!! I was in hog heaven, taking a bunch of pictures.

I really don't like Target but, I'd prefer their $1 stuff over the Dollar store $1 stuff!!!

This happened to The General, it showed he made like $100,??? in the year 1985 (or something like it) and his name was even spelled wrong, he took it down to the Soc Sec Office and they asked him about 5 questions, did he ever live here or work there and he said NO and they got it straightened out, real quick!!

I cook my collards with chicken broth and a ham hock from a ham that had the honey coating sugary stuff on it, it's mmmm mmmm goooood!!!! Too bad I can't eat any greens, while I'm on coumadin (per dr's, strict orders!!) I can't have anything (other than green beens) green and I love my green foods!!!! However, I will eat my green beens and like it!!!!

Pinnacle, Resurgeons or neither??? At Pinnacle & Resurgeons you have a differnet Dr for every part of the body, it seems like. I do NOT like this but, what can I say. That's the way it is these days!!!

I'm going to try them when I get my next exam.

Go to an optician and get an exam Sear's is about $65 for a regular exam (maybe less, I always do the glaucoma test, it's $15 extra) and tell them you want to go elsewhere for your glasses. Thanks Mark, they start at $8 (approximately, sp?)
