If I am not mistaken, a landlord, (like hubby and I, just regular people) can NOT run a credit check on anyone. It can only be done by a real estate person, that's in the property management business or someone that's in a property management business. Or, maybe someone who owns another type of business and can get away with running credit checks, with the applicant's permission, of course. Also, only the applicant can get a copy of his/her own background check. Just out of curiosity.......if you have rental property that is vacant, why would you NOT, keep a close check on it. Once the card has scanned/swiped it can be "recalled" on the credit card machine. When hotels do this, they keep the card info on file, in the computer system. When I was waiting on tables (years ago) a family paid with a credit card and the boy stole a football from the store. The manager just added on the price of the football. The customer never questioned it.

Hubby had this to happen to him 2 yrs ago, from a big blue store that has Gas pumps in some locations, NOT Kroger!! This happened in Texas, hubby asked the Discover person if it was manually entered and she said yes. A clerk had wrote down his cc # AND the 3 digit code on the back. Awww, it was nothing!! But, You're more than WELCOME!!! I had one of those heat thingymajig's and when my aunt had a knee replacement, she needed it so, I will need to get me another one. There is a lady at our Church that makes them and yes, they do miracles!!!!!!!!!

I used to take generic Zocor and generic Lipitor and both, made my left arm hurt. It started in the upper arm and went down to the wrist. After I quit taking thedse meds, the pain went away. But, the pain was so bad that, I had NO USE for the arm, what so ever!!! I have been tolerating teh Pravastatin so far and it hyas been about 7 months. My Dr told me, with type 2 diabetes, I have to take a "statin" medicine for cholesterol. So, if I get any pain in the upper arms, that I think is a result of the statin meds, I will quit taking the medicine. Good Luck

I wen to the new Good Will "type" store uphill from Red Lobster (Hwy 5, Douglasville) one day. I was looking for an Easy Bake oven, for parts (really just for the pan pusher bar) anyway I got 2 easy bake ovens will accessories one was for $1.00 and the other was for $1.22 (had a better box) . However I did not see anything else that caught my eye. I am still on the lookout for some blue jean skirts, that are NOT flared at the bottom. I just can not bring myself to buying a skirt that costs $40-$50. I'll do without first!!

We were going to Route 61 but, to get my fix of Catfish Fillets but, I am too cold to get out!!! Maybe we will do that next week. Hubby fixed him 2 weight watcher dinners and I am cooking some cubed pork cutlets and some mashed taters.

I remember the ones from 1979, 1981 or 1982, 1983 There were 2 in 83, I know this because one was before I gave birth (had an accident in the snow) to my 3rd child and then again, shortly after, I gave birth. That really pi$$es me off. At my daughters house and subdivision, her neighbor across the street, has a friend or an employee, that rides to work with the neighbor, and he parks his vehicle in the street, directly behind my daughters driveway. When I visit and the vehicle is parked in the street, I can't back out properly. I just have to go in the grass. I just wished I could back right into the vehicle, and say...this is what you get for parking where you shouldn't!!!!!!!!!!!!!I can be spiteful some times!!
