I agree they are expensive for their classes/training. I attended Medix School in 2004 - but I didn't have to pay full price. Helps to have family working there - paid $300 for a $3,000 class. My ex-husband attended their EMT program and is starting their paramedic course soon.

The container the doctors office puts them in is called a 'Sharps Container' so that makes sense to tell them you have sharps to dispose of.

I just started using Avon's Anew Stretch Mark Smoother ... I will let you know my results. Took before pictures ... will take after pictures. It says in 2 weeks you can see results so we shall see.

I didn't think I would like the books either but I did. I loved them. It's a great vamp love story. I agree with Chunchine - the Sookie books are great as well.

I hope the girl that knows something spills it. That way you and your daughter can talk. I'm sure you are worried about her. I hope she's safe. At 17 - can't you move out and not be considered a runaway? I knew a few people in high school that moved out at 17 ...

Monkey Doodle - Sorry to hear about your health issues going on right now. I have known the owner of Monkey Doodle for YEARS and I would never think she'd take someone's money and run. Maybe you should have asked him that? I can't give you the 'right' answer. Maybe he was close by and just stopped incase a problem came up. He was probably just checking to make sure the kids were buckled up correctly.

Seems to me they were doing their job. If you haven't noticed - it's not uncommon for there to be more than 1 sheriff on a stop.
