Oh, wow. I hope this doesn't put him out of business. When we had chickens when I was a kid, we never heard anything about salmonella. But then, I only eat eggs that are cooked. -

That's the first I've heard of him being an undercover drug agent...everything else says restaurant bidness. Except one son was murdered in 2000 in a drug deal gone bad. Agreed that this was to send a message.

She's 87yo, 5'2", 148 lbs. Sheriff says he basically thinks she's dead and she wouldn't have had the strength to behead him and move the body from where he was killed. Also, who exactly would be viewing this lineup?

You can get cheapy salt at WM or Lowe's for maybe $6/bag, I think. AquaSoft is more like $12/bag at Brown's. But two things make me go for AquaSoft - I only put in 3 or 4 bags a year, and for that little bit, I splurge for the nicer stuff. And the second thing is that by nicer stuff, I mean it dissolves easily and quickly. The cheapy stuff does not.

I'm leaning towards some sort of mafia/cartel involvement as a message to a kid/grandkid. Some kids were tortured in Minnesota recently because of some missing drugs and missing drug money. Entirely possible. I figure the fact they're not saying much means there's a lot going on in the background. I know this one thing - if it turns out one of the kids or grandkids is involved in this in any way whatsoever, if I were the sister/aunt, they'd best pray somebody gets to them before I do.

Keep us posted. If you don't hear from them, call HD Corporate (located in Smyrna/Vinings) and ask for VP in charge of customer relations. If the secretary says she'll have someone call you, say that's fine and what you expected, but you were just giving them a heads-up and a final chance to make things right before talking to Dale Cardwell/your favorite local news station about your experience. Then wait a couple of hours and call the station if someone doesn't call you back.
