    If I'm not mistaken, the governor will appoint a successor to serve till a.special election can be held. Not swearing it will be a special election, but pretty sure about the appointment. Judge O and his lovely daughter can be so proud...they screwed the citizens of Paulding in a number of ways!

    If you're talking about the fire tax near the end of King Jerry's term, the money went into the general fund, so it was essentially just a tax increase. They upgraded the fire dept some and spent the rest as they wanted to. First and last tax I will ever vote for.
