Yoohoo Pubby, Isn't there an easier way

Aw. How is it a PITA? All I do is go to below the 'post' button and click 'upload picture', then chose, upload, and done! -
It's been months since I've posted pics of the littlest Mini-Me and I used to post about the bigger Mini-Me often....so I thought I'd update. He's 8.5 months old, and absolutely rotten. Happiest baby on the planet, just like his sister was, and is already getting into everything. He's cruising around furniture, trying to walk, and knows 6 names and 3 words. I'm over this 'growing up' thing.

Anti Black Friday Shoppers Unite!

Thanks! Glad to be back...for the time being. It's kinda boring around here. That, and I'll have work to do when break is over next week. -
Anti Black Friday Shoppers Unite!
lilgallowsmama replied to Gipper Girl Rocks's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Anti-shopper here! We just went to Ingles to pick up graham crackers, icing, and mints because Mini-Me decided she wants to make a gingerbread house. I forgot it's the night before Thanksgiving. Totally reminded myself why I stay in the house this time of year. -
I want to know this, too. I'd rather not give my business to an establishment that is too busy to let their employees take a 15 minute break. Maybe if we lighten up their load a bit, the employees will have time to go to the bathroom.

Well, I'd hold it.

A clean, fully-organized home. We're working on it. Between Mini-Me's birthday-present overcrowded room, my art supplies for school, and Thing 2's accumulation of baby stuff, my house is clean, but not organized in any way, shape or form. I'm in school full-time next semester and OH starts full-time plus drill, so we want to be able to just come home and enjoy the kiddos without worrying about what goes where.
-
Mini-Me was the same way at his age. They've been nearly identical in personality and milestones so far - same goofy smile, too! She even did that thing where she flips backwards that apparently scares you. They both never cry/cried, and if they do/did, food or a nap is needed. lol. p.s. Finn would tear apart a cupcake on a stick.

Well, I'm not giving him away. lol! I was just offering him up to WFAL for a bit to cure her baby-fever. Have you ever had baby fever? It's worse than the flu! ^^ amen to that!

Hey! I found out where Doc lives...
lilgallowsmama replied to Thoughts from the Evil Galaxy's topic in RECENT TOPICS
If it's the same one that's been parked at the shop at BoBo/Macland, I have pictures of it from about a month ago. It looks AWESOME! It definitely needed some work - one of the windows had tape all over it, body work needed, etc. I will admit...we were driving home around midnight and had just passed the shop when I spotted it. I squealed, and OH did a U-turn right in the middle of the road so I could go take pictures. Edited: Nevermind that. The pics are on my old phone. >.< -
And WAFL - no fine print. I buy the food, you buy the bullet. You get to use the bullet you're hung up on, I don't have to fool around with it, AND you get to play with a happy baby without having to keep him and remember what sleep deprivation feels like. Win-win!
-
I make the littlest Mini-Me's baby food, but I use a chopper. Buy the bullet, make his food, and I'll let you borrow him to cure the fever. Deal?
-
I can't see making these with Mini-Me. We stick to basic muffins and cookies, sometimes banana bread.

I don't normally mind the older trick-or-treaters, especially when they're dressed up and taking kids they're babysitting or younger siblings. This year, though, the economy sucks and lots of people didn't seem to buy as much candy. I can't tell you how many times the teens we kept getting behind, who were driving and wearing matching 'couple costumes', took the last of the candy and left my 7 year old all sad-faced. She doesn't mind only getting one piece of candy, or even crappy candy...her thrill is just getting to trick or treat, but it sucks when you knock on a door and they point to the

Where on earth is Raccoon Creek? lol

Oh yeah, we have a few macro shots planned out. It's my favorite type of photography. Sweet!!!

Thank you guys so much! I have until the 15th to finish these and my portfolio for school is due on the 14th. I don't normally do commissioned work, but she's a friend opening an office locally.
-
I've picked up a commission at a local office and need the help of my awesome p.commers. I need as many local places/scenes/landscapes with pretty fall colors as you can think of. I know East Paulding pretty well, but I don't know alot of the rest of the county. Even barns, etc. will work, she's just looking for the red/orange/yellow/brown color schemes. Thanks so much !!!

On campus, I can print things on a laser copier (the kind with toner) up to an 11x14 for .10 each. Campus, however, is a 40 mile round trip and that's a long way for a few copies. I need them pretty often, but never realize it until I'm back home. Anywhere locally offer semi-cheap/cheap copies? I just want to take a flash drive in and print 5-6 things here and there to make transfers for multi-media canvas paintings.

Does anybody know anything about a wreck last night?
lilgallowsmama replied to tbird's topic in RECENT TOPICS
To the OP - it was actually smack in the middle of the intersection of 278/Bill Carruth. they had both roads shut down up to the next lights in all directions when I got there. I had to park at the bottom of a hill and walk (well...run, whilst trying not to have a panic attack. lol) to the scene. Both the ex and my OH had actually just left my mom's house from spending the day together working on OH's Jeep. OH stayed with him in the hospital until about 4:30am, then came to the hospital with Mini-Me and I, then took us back to Dxh's house when we were discharged so she could see her da -
Does anybody know anything about a wreck last night?
lilgallowsmama replied to tbird's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Hey! Mini-Me was the kiddo involved. She and her dad were heading to his house when the wreck happened - both had to be cut out of the vehicle. I live right down the road and PCSO called and had me come up there. NOT a pretty sight for a mom to drive up on. We just got home from the hospital and she seems to be okay. She had elevated numbers that had something to do with her liver and want me to keep an eye on her. Her respiratory rate dropped down to 8-9 breaths per minute a few times last night, so they're having me watch that as well. She's absolutely covered in bruises and friction bur -
I left the front porch door open yesterday and they were all in the living room within an hour. Walk outside today and Mini-Me freaked - the outside wall is absolutely covered. She thought they were lady bugs at first.
