No, the canvas was not black...lol Think photoshop...you can get black by mixing Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow in full amounts. Same with paint...you can get black by mixing colors together. White is the absence of all colors and therefore cannot be mixed.

Just a painting technique to get black without black paint..... And a piece of art that GEAgirl likes and is sharing with us. Who is the artist?

Of course in photoshop, but this is a painting so I assume she just mixed alot of colors to get the black without black. GEAgirl, you answered that before me...lol

That's what I've been trying to say...I respect non smokers and will still smoke outside. Not everybody can handle it and I understand that. Most of us regulars will understand that too without a problem. I was kidding about the alcohol breath part, just a different point of view...I also agree with the +21 because it's too tempting for kids and teens to be around an alcohol environment. I do hope that Macs will put in a good ventilation system so that the non-smokers won't be affected.

I would love to hear a good band at Mac's.... I think everybody's issue is too much on if folks are gonna smoke. Fine, I don't drink, but I'll still go and see my friends anyway. I love the folks at Macs and will still stop by...

From what I understand, it's now a pub...where people over 21 drink. Most of us smokers will probably still smoke outside...you people worry too much about the smoking issue. Even though I don't drink and will smoke outside, I'll still come and support Mac's. I enjoy being with my friends even if they do smell like booze....

Sometimes, it can be a whole lot of fun...alot of crazy pcommers

No worries Oscar, the majority of us smokers smoke outside anyway. I'm sure we'll still gather out there as we are not used to smoking inside. They're talking about the bar area in the front, and not the dining area where we all hang out. I for one, will smoke outside because I respect non-smokers... I thinik the others may feel the same way... Oh, and I don't drink. Does that mean I have to put up with a bunch of drunks? I can't stand alcohol breath ...
