The older I get I realize that alot of people only care about themselves....It's really sad how rude and uncaring people can be.

No pills, to risky. Watch what you eat, exercise and drink water. I have 3 kids and work...but really this is the only thing that works long term. It's a lifestyle change. I believe that sometimes people start out with so much exercise and doing without food they like and this does not work long term. If you change your life gradually, it will last past swimsuit season. JMO..Good luck to losing weight:)

My parents just ate there yesterday. They are so upset. That was there favorite place to eat.

Why can't people just leave a little bit earlier.......people on 61N drive me CRAZY!!!! If you don't care about your life...what about a little baby, mother, father, sister, brother and so on. The thing about buses....please go as slow as you want to, you have precious children on board and even if you don't go slow anyway!!!!!

I 100% agree. It's a lifestyle change!!! Exercise, Exercise, Exercise. You'll be surprised at what you can eat when you exercise and still lose weight. "Dieting" is a bad word. You have to do it the rest of your life if you really want to be healthy.

Why not just watch what you eat, drink water and the main thing is exercise. It's not that difficult. It's all will power and a lifestyle change if you want to keep it off. I am not a fan of any diet method except eat less, drink water and exercise. Lifestyle change. It works.

I'm glad they are out. All of my children have the flu!!!! The only good thing about it, they are not missing any school work.

I'm with Sadie612, I change style way too much. Some days I want a tat and other days I'm so happy my body is not marked. I have gone through so many stages through my life. 5 piercings, though.

Ya know what is strange....on Friday I called the health department about getting the regular flu shot for free like last year..they told me there were no confirmed cases in Paulding county. I don't know if that means they have to be diagnosed in Paulding or what???????STRANGE

My son had the stomach virus about 3 weeks ago.

Yes, I have known this for months. I'm sooooooooo very upset. My Grandmother listened to the Guiding Light when it was on the radio and Always watched it. My mom watched it my whole life and I as well. It's so fun to remember all the people. I think the show changed when they changed the format of it. It changed when Harley and Gus left. I figured this was coming because everyone was leaving. It's hard to watch when I know it's coming to an end. I hope they put it out on a Collection of DVDs. Love Reva and Josh in the 80's.

This is a little far from Destin but on that side of Panama City, THOMAS DONUTS have the best Donuts in the world!!! It's a hole in the wall, but i swear I would drive all night to get one!!!!!They are made fresh every morning. We go there so much we know the locals that go there every morning. MMMMMMMMMMMMM Donuts!!!!!!! That's my favorite thing to do at the beach!
