Did Zuckerberg con people? Bill Gates perhaps? How about Jefferson's wealth? Did Jefferson steal form the Indians? I beleive ti was the Federal Government that enforced the Trail of Tears. An overbearing government at that. A government which robs Peter to pay Paul, can always count on the support of Paul. – George Bernard Shaw There is no worse tyranny than to force a man to pay for what he does not want merely because you think it would be good for him. – Robert Heinlein A wise and frugal government which shall restrain men from injuring one another, which shall leave them other

lets take an example of one of the wealthy people above. Lets take Mark Zuckerberg for example. He came up with an idea in college, marketed it and made a great deal of money. You probably have a Facebook account just like I do. Zuckerberg's earnings are posted for all to see. As much as I would love to have a smidgen of his money I am not entitled to it. It is his. I enjoy the benefits of his creation Facebook and his philanthropy, I am not entitled to what he earned. When Zuckerberg has financial trouble and his business starts to go under I am also not entitled to bail him out. Though many

The problem is not with your math. The problem is the way you are thinking period. If the 50% earned that money its theirs. Not yours, not mine or anyone's. If they earned that money its theirs. No liberal is entitled to it.

A RACE FOR A BRIDE: How a Young Lady of Paulding County Chose a Husband. WITH THE MINISTER AT HER HOUSE, She Bade Her Two Suitors Go to Dallas for the License--The One That Beat Back She Would Wed. A True Story. The Atlanta Constitution (1881-1945) [Atlanta, Ga] 26 June 1893: 2. Buchanan, Ga June 25 Special. There is a story from over in Paulding County, that, but for the undisputed veracity of those who vouch for the truthfulness off the matter, one would believe it all to be a mere tale of fiction, for no pen-picture has ever yet been drawn that is more thrilling or fascinating to the l

"BELLED BUZZARD, THE [2]. Old-Time, Breakdown. C Major. Standard. AAB (Phillips): AABB (Ford). The melody has similarities to "Billy in the Lowlands." Ford (1940) relates an Ozark tale regarding the origins of the tune, concerning a settlement along a river bottom. "One bank of the river was bordered for miles by high unscalable bluffs crowned with scrub timber, the home and breeding place of thousands of buzzards. Hog raising was the main source of income of the community. Mast from the acorn-bearing trees furnished food for the droves of hogs ear-marked and turned into the woods each year, t

Shooting at World Changers Church at least one dead
barrycdog replied to mom2dachs's topic in RECENT TOPICS
The man who died was a volunteer staff member who was leading a prayer service for about 20 people at the church when he was shot, and investigators believe the gunman was a former church member and facilities maintenance employee, police said. The suspect, Floyd Palmer, 52, is on the loose, according to police. The shooting happened at World Changers Church International in College Park, Georgia, where Palmer worked until August, authorities said. Police said the victim was 39, but his name hasn't been released. A police spokeswoman said she didn't know whether the victim was targeted -

Again what if the Government decided they wanted to take Westinghouse, Edison and Tesla's profit and redistribute the funds to others? What if J.P. Morgan, who funded Tesla's ideas, could not afford to loan him money and promote Tesla? What about the men and women who built the transmission and power company infrastructure we enjoy the benefits of today?

I want one. Think of the flying remote control mower. You can mow lawns and cut hair at the same time.

I like Nikola Tesla and Edison's contributions. http://www.forbes.com/sites/alexknapp/2012/05/18/nikola-tesla-wasnt-god-and-thomas-edison-wasnt-the-devil/ I have worked with electric utilities for over 20 years. I admire both men's contributions. I also recognize Bill Gates did not invent the operating system. He was good at marketing. He was a success. What would happen if the Government felt Edison and Tesla were making too much money? What if Tesla got the credit and financial contracts he deserved? Would he be part of the 1%? Would he be part of the 53% that earned his keep? W

http://www.wctv.tv/news/headlines/Gas-Prices-Move-Closer-to-Year-Ago-Levels-175180521.html The debt crisis in Europe continues to plague demand numbers overseas and caused the value of the euro to drop which often leads to lower oil prices. In addition, U.S. oil stockpiles jumped to a two-month high and output is at its highest level in 17 years, according to the Energy Department. At the same time, demand for gasoline has dropped 6.2 percent since August.
