It's 35 feet to the lake at it's closest. The regulation was 25 feet at the time when they got the permits in June. If I am not mistaken it has recently changed to 75 feet. We built at just the right time.

I know it's a stretch for some to leave Paulding county but I am excited to see this. Sprout's Farmers Market is building at the corner of South Cobb Dr. and East-West Connector. I was checking out their web page, www.sprouts.com , They look kind of a cross between a Trader Joes and a Whole Foods but without the Whole Paycheck prices. It will be really nice to get good fresh produce, grass fed beef, fresh seafood this close. It's a haul and a pain to get to Whole Foods(Harry's) in Marietta. It's 5 minutes from my office, I know I will be checking it out.
