  1. Good luck with the surgery! I had surgery on my right wrist a few years back. My two middle fingers had been numb for some time and I had little strength. Immediately after the surgery, the numbness was gone and I've not had any problem since. I think one wrist at a time would be infinitely better than both, but you have to do what you have to do.
  2. Depression is a terrible disease. Anyone who has not experienced depression has no idea what it is like and the misery cannot be compared with anything else I can think of. Unfortunately, I have had to deal with depression for over forty years and there have been many ups and downs, but the condition can be treated very successfully. Depression does not automatically mean that one cannot continue on with a normal life. Most people are able to go on with their lives and be very well adjusted and happy. Mr. Richardson shows a great deal of bravery in revealing that he has this problem and
