I did find some old posts on the place. I would have been all over the place if it turned out to be a decent place. I guess it may have needed a strong lunch crowd that didn't show.

I drove through the Crossroads area this week and noticed that Denny's Burgers had closed. I didn't even know it was open. I am always looking for ways to support Paulding businesses, but this place never came on my radar. Poor marketing? How is the customer supposed to find you?

The people turning right from the left hand lane simply do not want to wait like the rest of the car riders. I'd love to see the first getting a ticket for the poor driving and selfish behavior. The right hand lane is backed up turning right into the school. Those that feel they are more entitled and do not need to wait in line turn into the double lane road into the school from the left hand travel lane on Cedarcrest.

I am excited about my state income tax bracket moving from 6 to 4%. Allowing more people to share in the tax burden is best for those that are currently paying taxes. The "consumption" type tax allows all that purchase goods and services to help with the costs of running government.

There seem to be a few holes in the CodeRED system. Last Saturday at midnight, my weather radio went off notifying me of the severe weather coming into the area. Two hours later I got the CodeRED phone call. (do the math) I don't know if the CodeRED system was just overwhelmed with the number of calls it needed to make to all areas of the country or if the person at the county that activates the call was slow in their response. So, while the county has abandoned the maintenance and upkeep on a traditional siren warning system in favor of weather radios and the CodeRED alert system,

Here is one note. My weather radio alerted me to this warning for my area at Midnight. Two hours later I got the CodeRED call. If you think about this a little, this should be of concern. The county abandoned the expense of warning sirens for the alert radios backed up by this CodeRED service. Either the CodeRED service cannot handle the subscriber database or whomever is in charge of issuing the call was late on the job. The take away? Have multiple sources for alerting your family in the event there is information you should be aware of in your area.

There are stat codes as well as number codes. Both are used by PCSO. Off the top of my head the only number codes that I normally hear are 5 and 6M.

Sounds like you have a laptop that is connected to an external monitor? If so, ensure that the signal is still going to the external monitor port. Normaly <function> <F8> to toggle through laptop LCD, external, and both.
