Caught some driver to bus barn traffic. Two boys were taken to/from school yesterday by parents and riding bus for the first time this afternoon. Driver says the boys do not know where they live.....

okay - let me know what PCFD policy is. If an engine arrived with two men on board could a rescue have been possible or would it have to wait until further units arrived? If not, then it is only based on budget that our department is unable to do the things that a larger department, like Cobb, could do - since they run with 3 men on an engine. There well could have been 4 men on engine 1 that responded. I don't know if that station staffs both the engine and rescue with two men. The DC mentioned that the four men arrived on engine 1 so my guess is that the rescue may have been unmanned a

great report - I think the other item that affected a good outcome was the location of the home. Had this been in a more rural area I don't think the 2 initial firefighters arriving on the 1st in engine could have entered the house. Having the engine and ladder truck arriving at almost the same time with the manpower needed to make entry enabled the story to come out with a happy ending.

I think once you realize that the taxpayers are guaranteeing the bonds and the IBA has no obligations to pay the bonds with "proceeds" from use of the facilities, then you would feel otherwise. The BoC sold the taxpayers up the river, again. The agreements should have been written that the IBA pays all they can and then the taxpayer can bend over when the time comes. How much did that Bill Murray movie bring into the county?

These punks are lucky that they did not end up dead - - I know several "sting operations" that they failed to fall into.
