A friend sent this to me - I found it pretty interesting. I hope you'll take 33 minutes and view. http://180movie.com/ Aside from the message of the movie, I found it sad the state of many of our young people.

the covenants only allow for a certain number of rentals - should probably check into that before you move forward with a rental There is an agent that lives near me if you want her number - just PM me.

HOA is $560. There are open lots, but no current building that I know of. The developer was foreclosed on in December for all of their remaining lots and there is still another phase that would double the size of the neighborhood if it ever goes through. My feeling is that with the growth in Emerson, we might see some good things in the next 5-10 years. My street is very good with a lot of nice families. S/R resident for 10+ years.

Please take a minute and vote for Mr. RJ's kitchen makeover - kitchen #3 - Kathryn Kolencik. If you have been involved in scouting over the past 15+ years you have probably been served by Mr. RJ. Please help surprise him with a new kitchen. Voting ends today. http://www.thefishatlanta.com/Article.asp?id=2277990&spid=37173

no way that I could do that - thanks for posting -
the 4S won't take advantage of sprint wimax - probably best to wait on iphone 5 if it ever comes out and supports the higher data speeds of Verzion and Sprint

The processor would be worth $100 to me - but it would not be worth it if Verizon was the carrier.
-
I followed what you meant. On Verizon the only decent 4G phone is the Motorola Drioid Bionic. Battery life is much better than HTC Thunderbolt. I'm thinking, with this edition of the iPhone and the funny data speeds suggested by the technology they are tying to use, a 4GLTE phone is not going to come from Apple.
-
The current iphone on verzion is not 4G - Apple has not produced a 4G LTE phone. It appears that this new 4S is only CDMA EV-DO Rev. A which is not 4G LTE speeds. They are doing some stuff with multiple radios which appear to give higher speeds - but not 4G. I read one article that stated thoughts were that Apple did not like the size of the 4G radio (too large.)

4G on Verizon? I guess not since it says "4G like" dual core processor? yes

The CFLs that I purchase say they last 7 years. Don't know how many I have replaced since I started using them a few years ago. Probably at least 75% of them have been replaced at least once. -

Riverkeepers often sponsor pill drop offs because flushing causes a lot of trouble for the river systtems. I found this FDA site that lists "safe" medications that can be flushed: http://www.fda.gov/drugs/resourcesforyou/consumers/buyingusingmedicinesafely/ensuringsafeuseofmedicine/safedisposalofmedicines/ucm186187.htm

I think I am leaning toward the Motorola droid bionic..... Thanks for everyone's input.
