I support the new water park. We should guard against anything that would get us a 400 tollway type of administration that keeps charging well after the project has been paid for. After construction costs are recovered for we would expect to see lower rates for water.

I'd have to dissagree - my wife did 17 day plus work out of 1 hour 5-6 times per week. 17 day cuts out sugar from the start to help with the cravings. (true - burn off more than you take in and that is the answer -- but we are lazy and want a quick fix)

My wife had incredible results with the 17 day diet.

I have a benign heart murmur and my dentist always wanted to do this too. I can see the point - don't want to get an infection in the heart after the dental work. I ran it by my medical doctor and he said there was no reason to do this in my case. Told the dentist and he was fine with it.
