Thanks I have been taking tylenol, but it has not helped. But it is not an anti-inflammatory so I will try this. Thanks for the advice. You would think after a week it would be better but it is not. I wake up off and on all night with them hurting.

My arms have been so sore for a week now. We moved alot of heavy stuff a week ago. And my arms still hurst so bad. They hurt all night long everynight. This has been going on for a solid week now. What can I do to relieve this pain? I know when it is my legs I can soak in a hot tub and they feel better. But what to do about arms? TIA

Got it! All coupons are now spoken for. The lady doing ours told us Obama is pushing for the child tax credit to be 2,000 per child next year. If so .

Thanks for the well wishes. We are so excited to be able to offer USDA and SNAP food now to help our families out more. We are going to be able to buy the food for a lot better price now. And lots more items to chose from. We now need more financial contributions to help with this. We will go from servicing 30 families each week to helping 90 families each week. We are so happy about all this. And yes God is very good.
