It's easy to see how he could have made that mistake. The feet are shaved like a poodles, and the face looks a little poodley too, as well as the body being shaved. There's no way not to have fruad with a mailed ballot, like what your talking about. Unless someone is a professional handwriting expert, the normal person won't be able to tell if some one has forged the name. Case in point: My step son has the exact same name as my DH.
