    I want to try Uverse, but it's not in my area yet. For those of you who have it, what part of the county are you in? I'm off Ridge Road. Is the quality just as good as Comcast or better and do you notice any slow downs when you are using all the services at once? Right now, we are just hanging in there with Comcast until Uverse comes out this way.

    I have Vista on the two laptops and so far I'm happy. What has been the problem with that OS? I have XP Home Edition on my VERY old desktop and it is still keepin' on, no idea for how much longer, but for now it's good.

    My DD went to Paulding Kids University for Pre-K in 2003. She loved it there and we were very pleased with them as well. They are on the 61 end of Ridge Road, we live on the 92 end, but this school was worth the short drive.

    Wow, that speaks volumes about the character of the kind people from Delta. They certainly did not have to go out of their way to help you, but they did. Some people ROCK and it's always worth letting others know about it. It seems like these days more people are focused on the bad and pay too little attention to the good.

    This is the first time I have heard of this kid. Wow, I can't believe the denial his mother is in, pretty sad. So what if he's not violent, he's a thief, a criminal. He may not have harmed anyone physically, but has done so mentally. I'm sure his victims feel violated, distrustful of others, frightened and so on. Hopefully the authorities will catch him soon.

    Okay, have you crawled into my head? That sure sounds ALOT like me!! I still hear wise cracks from people about my pale legs, but now I don't care, I will NOT burn up in August and I WILL wear my shorts. Those people can just wear sunglasses.
