I'm sorry I can't help with learning German, but i think it's great that you want to keep learning. As the saying goes..." You're NEVER too old to learn something new".

I am so sorry for your loss. Yes, your feelings are normal. It is hard to understand what can bring a person who is loved to take their own life. You, her parents and family will have many prayers sent their way,. Please try not to dwell on the why, but rather the who, who she was... your friend. She was your friend because she possessed the special qualities each of us look for in a friend. Cherish those thoughts and with time you will heal.

Target also sells them/ They sell the bait station, all you do is cut off a portion of the pack so the liquid is exposed and the ants stream in. I would recommend putting the bait station on a paper plate, cardboard or something like that as the bait itself is sticky. It is in an orange, blue and white box.

I can't scan any pics right now, but my first car was a 1979 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. It was camel brown with a tan vinyl top, I didn't like the color, but it was a fun car to drive. My parents bought it new, kept it and gave it to me in 1989 when I was 16.

:clapping:I second that. To me, Lamb tastes like dirty hair smells. YUK! But, I realize a lot of people like it.

I saw the PCSO and a Clark ambulance going down Ridge after I dropped my DD off at school. I hope everyone involved is okay, going to keep them in my thoughts and prayers.

WB, I'm so glad to hear you and your wife are okay. You all certainly had the Lord looking over you. God bless and thanks for the tip about the lightening, it may save someones life one day.

Hmm that's a nice schedule, not simply because of the later start date, but also they have eliminated some of the breaks the that I believe are unnecessary. Now before anyone attacks me for the last part, that is just my opinion, I believe our students are receiving way too many breaks.

You know how everyone talks about Karma?
raclay replied to Cathyhelms's topic in Paulding County NEWS
Regarding the cleared land on Bill Carruth and 278, is it true that Mr. Sherrin had the property condemned while he was in office, then purchased it at a rock bottom price along with some of his friends, cleared it, added and moved soil around so as to make it more conducive to building on and then trying to sell it back to the county for top dollar? -

MrsB, I know you don't think the people that go are nuts, I just meant WE were nuts for paying that price. But at least it's only once a year. Go Blue, the one day price is much more expensive than the package deals, if memory serves me right the admission can be as low as about $70 per person for 3 days I believe. We only went down there for the day and then back to Daytona Beach. We ate in the Hard Rock cafe' and it was so cool. I agree with Mrs B about experiencing Disney, it is really a neat place to visit, I would like to go to Epcot and the Animal park one day, but ONLY when the weat

It's nuts the prices the parks charge. I have to say though, my DH and I must be nuts because we went to Universal last week with the kids, the one day price for was $109 each. We paid it, but I told him never again in that heat and during the peak season. Apparently some of these parks have lower off season prices.

We are still waiting to hear back from the officer that we spoke to yesterday. My neighbor who was here talking to the officer did say that the guy was stopped one day last week and he had all the proper paperwork in his car, therefore he was allowed to carry on. It bothers me most, as well as my friends and neighbors, that he has obtained so much information on the kids. I wanted to let all of you know about what is going on so you can take the necessary steps to protect your family just in case he has ill intentions. My hope is that he is completely innocent and that he just went to great le

aw2008, he is using some of these tactics when he goes to the doors. However, it's the fact that he knows so much about the kids. Their names, ages, names of friends, where they go to school and he is also carrying with him a hand drawn graph of our S/D with all the houses. He was questioned last week by the police, I don't know where he was stopped, but supposedly he had all the appropriate paperwork from his "employer". I do not like the fact that he knows so much about the children in the few S/D's where I know he has been, it's unnerving. Seriously, what your first reaction or thought be i

Cee Jay that is very interesting. It is possible the info was obtained that way. I need to pass that on to my neighbors. We have considered the BOE may have been hacked or census info maybe. This guy says he is in college and is selling the books for points, I believe. I know that is common but it is worrisome that this guy knew so much about the kids. Thanks, Cee-Jay you have really tapped into something.

I live off Ridge Road on the 92 end. This man has been to other S/D's not just mine. But from what I understand it is in this area, Ridge, Hiram Sudie and Nebo. He came to my home last week while we were out of town and we had someone staying house sitting for us, the man was told to leave and not come back. The man has gone to several of my other neighbors and told them he is selling books, he says they are study guides, and adds that he knows the kids names, ages and all that I mentioned above. Some houses he has been to twice. I hope he does not come back to my house. Oh, he told one of my

I want to let everyone know that we have had a man of German descent going door to door in my neighborhood selling books. The problem is that he also knows a great seal of information about the children, their names, ages, schools they go to and who their friends are. He was seen in our S/D again today for the third time since last Tuesday. I called PCSO and they came to my home within about 15 minutes to take information and make a report. My neighbors also came over to give a statement. We don't know what will come next but the officer stated he would be in contact with us to let us know. Th

Haven't been there and after reading the reviews I don't think we will go. We do like Fiesta Azteca. Where is the closest La Parilla? They really do have good food, it's just been a LONG time since we went to one, it was in Marietta, I believe.

Oh great, I will be down there next weekend for a weeding. Honestly, who gets married in August in Savannah? A fireman that's who, my nephew. It is going to be so hot, but I wouldn't miss his wedding for anything.
